Weâre sorry to hear that the view from your section of the grandstand didnât meet your expectations. While the facility is positioned at the finish line â one of the most sought-after spots â we understand that personal experience can vary depending on the crowd and the layout of the day. Your comments are valid, and weâll be taking them into account as we look at future improvements.
We also understand the frustrations around seating, food and beverage availability, and crowd levels. Dubai World Cup Day is an incredibly popular event, and while we aim to ensure smooth service throughout, we recognize thereâs always room to improve during peak times.
As for flight upgrades, we know how important comfort is when traveling. While upgrade options were available, they were unfortunately limited and often come at a premium once a package is confirmed. Weâre continuing to work with our partners to see how we can offer more flexibility and better value in the future.

Be careful - pretty unscrupulous and uncaring, tried to charge me £7500 per head for just tickets for US Open which I have since secure for a fraction of this price !
Imperial took my commemts seriously and investigated the issue and have agreed - " the individual will receive re-training" I am going to upgrde the review to 2 stars as a result

Really disappointed with the service - Turned up at the event to find that the promise of provided food and drink was not the case. We hugely overpaid for our tickets when chatting with other people in the box we shared. No one from Imperial was there to host either - Won't be using Imperial again.

We had a great trip to Paris for Valentines Day, meeting superb people and indulging in lots of champagne and laughter. The show at the Moulin Rouge was superb and our table was next to the stage, giving a brilliant view.

First Class Experience
The event attended was Cirque de Soleil at the Royal Albert Hall. Brian, is great at finding events that suit me and this was no exception. He is always very helpful. This was an amazing first class experience. The food was excellent and there was a good choice of drinks. Great communication from the ICE team throughout the process.
