It was too short above belly button

I ordered 2 canvas tote bags, with wheels, so bag when loaded could be pulled along on its wheels; or a zipper in the middle shortened bag so it could be carried on the arm; price $16.99 ea + shpg. My cc was charged $52.
After 4wks I received 2 large flimsy plastic bags; without wheels or zipper. Just large useless bags. Do NOT Deal with independentl.com; they are a scam Chinese company; just looking for easy US Dollars!!!!

This company deserves a 0 and they should be investigated for fraud. I didn't order anything from them yet there was a charge on my credit card for $132.39. When I contacted them they didn't do anything to help me. I told them I never placed an order with their company. And their response was to review the product when I got it then decide if I want to return it. Again I stated that I didn't order anything from them. After two other emails back and forth I received an email saying that the item was shipped. After that they repeated with the same response saying to decide what to do when I got the item because they couldn't stop the shipment.
