We booked a trip to Thailand with a family of 5 and were thrilled by the service and package put together by Bruce. It was an incredible experience with memories for a lifetime in the places we visited, the personalized service and responsiveness and the great food and accomodations.

My husband, two friends, and I choose Odynovo Tours for our upcoming trip to Greece. We have been working with Bruce Peng on planning our trip to Greece and he has been amazing in every way. He worked diligently to personalize the trip based upon our preferences. Our communication through email was excellent. I highly recommend Bruce Peng as a travel consultant. I plan to write a detailed review upon our return as I expect that the trip will exceed our expectations.

I've gotta say that it's so nice to get good customer service these days and Bruce Peng went above and beyond for me. I was already nervous to make an inquiry for my trip to Thailand because I've never been on vacation and live in the US but not only did he respond quickly he held my hand through the whole process. I mean I changed my mind about my itinerary multiple times, ask question after question after question and probably drove him crazy but he was so patient with me! He answered all of those questions and made me feel like it was ok to be nervous about the whole thing. He was so kind and accommodating that at the end of it all I final had the confidence to know that my trip to Thailand was gonna rock!!!

We arranged our 15 day trip to Vietnam in October/November 2017. Our trip was planned for June 18.

I dealt with Bruce Peng. He responded promptly and was very helpful. He helped us organise a tour that encompassed a guide, a driver and the two of us.

We varied a standard tour to suit our requirements and we added a few days in the middle at the Palm Garden Beach Resort to just relax and hang out around the pool. Any request for a variation or upgrade in standard was not a problem and we were very happy with the manner in which Bruce handled our requests

The cars were clean, modern and air conditioned and water flowed generously. Our guides were fabulous - very knowledgeable, friendly and good humoured.

Hue/ Hoi An - Thuy
Hanoi - ("Thank you for that question") Minh :-)

Each guide was different but all were fabulous and we felt a little sad as we eventually parted company with each of them. The drivers were steady and careful. We chosen Bruce!

Everything was really well organised and Bruce Peng checked in with our guides during the tour and even confirmed our internal flights before the guides had a chance to do it.

So Bruce we really appreciated your attention to detail and we would have no hesitation in recommending Odyssey Tours to our friends.

This was our first experience with My Odyssey Tours (now called Odynovo) and being in Australia we had some reservations dealing with an offshore agent. However, the company was excellent in every regard and has exceeded all expectations.
We were a group of 4 and booked a two-week tour of Vietnam and 5 days in Myanmar which included domestic and international flights. Our accommodation was 5-star and Odyssey/Odynovo arranged for quality drivers and tour guides for every day of our trip.
Our agent was Alick Peng who was very professional and responsive for any questions we had in the initial planning.
As experienced international travellers, we were open to what these countries had to offer, but found the landscape, cities, people and culture fascinating. The ease in which we travelled and stayed within the Odyssey/Odynovo package made this a great experience.
We look forward to utilising the services of Odynovo for our next Asian holiday.

Overall we were very satisfied with all the arrangements made for our 22 days Indochina tour starting Jan 18, 2018, & covered Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Singapore & Bali.

The itinerary was quite comprehensive, the hotels selected were very decent, clean and comfortable; and we were very pleased with the each of the restaurants selected for lunch during the entire tour. Some were unique and left fond impressions.

Guides are key factors in any tour. They can make an ordinary point of interest /itinerary extraordinary and also make an extraordinary site/itinerary ordinary! We were very pleased with every guide at each destination, without exception. They were all very well informed, enthusiastic, courteous, and willing to go the extra distance to take care of our needs & make our visit memorable. We were especially pleased with their candor & honesty when providing information.

All drivers were very good, as well. They were all cautious and not once did we feel that safety was being compromised.

So overall we had a wonderful and very memorable tour.

That being said, below are some comments and feedback where Odyssey could enhance the experience of customers in the future.

1. It would have been preferable if we were informed about optional/additional/ alternative sites of interest & activities not covered in the planned itinerary for us to consider on our own on days when Odyssey arranged tour was for half a day or on “rest” days when no site seeing was arranged. Some examples: In Singapore could have provided info about Marina Bay Sands “Sky Park”, Gardens By the Bay; Buddha Tooth Temple, Clark Quay. (Would recommend that Buddha Tooth Temple be included as a point of interest in covered Singapore day tour and Santosa island as an optional site to be explored on one’s own if desired).We did the above-mentioned sites on the main island on our own and it would have been a big loss if we had not. We had one full “rest day” in Luang Prabang- we could have been informed about Elephant Village Camp for rescued elephants and any other possibilities; Had one full " at leisure" day in Bali, but no information was provided about optional sites/ activities of interest such as the Monkey Temple, Waterfall etc. Though our guide was kind enough to take us to coffee garden and allow us the opportunity to enjoy coffee tasting and especially the unique Civet poop coffee, this was neither included in the covered itinerary nor any information provided to cover this on our own, if we desired.
2. There needs to be at least one vegetarian set lunch option, as a standard, in ALL lunches included in the tour. We had a vegetarian in our group and this was an issue at several lunch stops. ( Most breakfasts and lunches were included in the tour package).
3. Odyssey collected fees for flights that were part of the tour well in advance. Therefore it was surprising that we had to make a selection of our seats for each flight at check-in at the airport from the then available very tight pool of seats. It would have been better for Odyssey to ask us for our seat preference and reserving seats accordingly in advance, where possible and give us the option of paying additional fees to reserve a seat in advance where applicable.
4. It would have been welcome if Odyssey had responded with the same promptness as it did to complimentary messages as to those reporting a concern e.g. type of room assignment in Peninsula Hotel in Singapore or problems experienced with transportation after arrival at Bali Airport.
5. During initial planning, it was apparent that copying and pasting between itineraries and other details like fees, hotels etc. between customers is practiced. This could result in errors unless one is vigilant. Therefore caution needs to be exercised.

Our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia was outstanding in great part because of Indochina Odyssey Tours.

I am truly grateful for the unforgettable experiences her expertise has provided me.

We chose Odyssey due to the positive reviews found online. We did a private tour of Vietnam (just the two of us) with our own driver and guide. We thought Odyssey did an excellent job in both answering all our questions and quickly too. Everything sent to us was informative and easy to follow. We stepped off the plane at Ho Chi Minh City and didn’t have to think of anything else excepting where we ate at night as breakfast and lunches were included. The lunches were very generous – often five or six courses (small but very tasty) and always enjoyed. We enjoyed the south as well as Hue and Hoi An (very pretty) and Hanoi. Sapa was more crowded than we expected and we would probably have preferred a quieter mountain experience but this was then overshadowed by Halong Bay which was superb. We were very happy to have a lovely cabin with corner windows and a balcony to view the gorgeous bay. Overall, we would definitely look at organising a private tour with Odyssey in Asia again.

Recently a group of 14 took a customized tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Bali. Each of us had different food and other preferences and some of the members were either joining in the middle or leaving early. Nikki Xia from Indochina Odyssey Tours was phenomenal in taking care of all our requests. All the details were meticulously arranged.
The tour went without any glitch.
Nikki was checking out from time to time for any addressing any potential problems.
We are extremely satisfied with Odyssey Tours and have no hesitation in recommending them for China or Indochina tours.

We had a wonderful experience in Vietnam with Oddessey Tours. Our Travel Consultant Cherry Wei was very helpful at all times. Our guides, Mr Hai, Mr Nguyen ( Duffy Quy) and Mr. Victory (Vinh) were all extremely helpful and very informative. The tour had a great mix of cultural, historic, scenic and culnery experiences. We travelled by car which was very comfortable with competent drivers. We received help from the guides with our internal flights. Overall we had a a great experience.

We organised a private tour with driver & guide who were knowledgeable & helpful and found this company very reliable in their organisation. They understood our desires to visit places of interest at a pace which made our experience in Vietnam Cambodia & Laos most enjoyable. We are mature ladies who enjoy travel & look for individualised arrangements so have no hesitation in recommending My Odyssey Tours.

I recently went on a tour of Indochina with five friends. We were all very impressed with Odyssey Tours who made all the arrangements. The bookings were handled by Mia Wang, who did an excellent job. Everything went so smoothly and not a single problem. The local guides that we had in each place we visited were extremely helpful and obliging and willing to make changes to suit our group. We were also impressed by the standard of our hotels. So all in all a very enjoyable trip and can highly recommend Odyssey tours, and already have, and would certainly use then again.

We had a 15 day tour of Vietnam going from Ho Chi Minn City to SAP in the far North. The tour guides we had were knowledable, accomodating and always turned up to time and were prepared to do the extra little bit to make the tour the best. Really enjoyed our time there, the accomdations and cruise exceeded what we expected. I would definately recommend Odyssey Tours

I have recently booked a trip to Thailand with this company and I am greatly looking forward to this experience. Cherry at My Odyssey Tours has been very helpful and very responsive. She would respond to my email on the same day! Cherry booked everything very quickly and was able to answer any questions I had. She also provided a very helpful list of what to bring and what to pack (This review also posted on FB).

From start to finish we have been extremely impressed with My Odyssey Tours.
Our consultant Liz Ling helped me put together an 11 day private tour to Bangkok and Cambodia. All e mails were answered promptly and any changes or requests dealt with quickly. Completely tailor made to our needs.
All the hotels and restaurants were very good and our guides drivers and vehicles throughout the whole trip were very attentive. Ms Lucky and driver Got in Bangkok Mr Sothy and Sambo in particular were outstanding. We shared many stories and laughs with them. Mr Veansna in Phnom Penh was also very good and interesting to talk to. It really has been a stress free experience from start to finish and much better than travelling with large groups.
I absolutely recommend My Odyssey Tours and wouldn't hesitate to book another private tour with them in future.
