Guys, if you wanna buy a policy with them, look somewhere else first because these guys, they try to take your money much as possible, I was with them for a year and then they gave me for renewal about for £400 difference. Yeah, and then I have to chase my no-claim bonus for long time because I didn't buy the policy from them and they would charge me ridiculously higher than what I've got somewhere else.

I can not recommend this insurance company based on their customer service alone...
After 3 years of being with Insurd I needed to cancel my policy due to selling the vehicle. On the first attempt to do this, the member of staff I spoke to wasn't very helpful and offered confusing advice when it came to how much I owed on my policy. I was told I owed over £300 and would need to pay that today. When I said I was unable to pay that but offered to pay monthly to pay off this amount, this was declined and I was told it would be going to debt collectors. I was then told "surely you have money from selling your vehicle to pay off the insurance" which isn't helpful or understanding and a personal question which shouldn't be asked by a member of staff. I asked if it would be easier for me to contact the lenders to arrange a payment plan and she told me yes. I then received a letter from the lenders saying the finance agreement had been cancelled with no amount to pay. I attempted to gain more understanding of why there was an amount that needed paying to Insurd but all I could find in their T&C's was information stating you would be charged no more than £80 to cancel. I then received an email stating I owe them £250 so somehow the amount had changed from when the first person requested me to pay over the phone, So I am glad I didn't make the payment their and then. I then called up to discuss this again and gain more understanding and although the member of staff I spoke with was slightly more helpful, I was left feeling even more confused and couldn't understand where they were getting these numbers from and why I would still need to pay for a policy that was no longer needed. Surely the money would just be returned as it is no longer needed. It appears to me that Insurd attempt to take money from you. During the phone call I was then told I could set up a payment plan of any amount I could afford to pay off the debt so I felt even more confused as it seems the message isn't clear across the board. I am now paying off over 5 months to ensure this does not affect my credit or be taken to debt collectors. The person I spoke with on the phone although more helpful than previous still didn't really seem to understand where I was coming from. I could find no information on my credit agreement or on any information I had been sent over to say that the remainder of the policy would need to be paid. After being a loyal customer for 3 years and having no claims over this time I am disappointed in Insured's customer service and their inability to understand a customer's point of view so for that reason I could no recommend them. The whole thing has been pretty stressful and consumed so much time. It seems all they are interested in is your money and nothing else. - I would suggest more staff training in understanding their policies and being able to explain them to "normal people" and also being clearer in there wording on the website and in documents.
- More staff training on understanding and having empathy and care for their customers.
- For anyone who is looking at Insurd for insurance, PLEASE read every single bit of detail (even though I still couldn't find anything) and perhaps a phone call with the insurance company to ask questions before purchasing.
- For insurd I would recommend phone calls to customers were done to check they have an understanding and ask if they have any questions as part of customer care.

I was given a quote via @comparethemarket all looked good spoke to Chris in sales on the phone, price was as agreed with all the extras, however when I asked for him to give me EMAIL confirmation of whatâs included he went away for 10 mins, came back making some excuses and increased the premium by £300. I was told by another broker to be careful as they might not be adding all the extras Iâve requested⊠Why the change in price ? I have personally input all my details correctly so thereâs no mistake only logical conclusion I can come to is that something defo wasnât added and he made a verbal agreement knowing thereâs no proof in talk but black & white has proof thatâs why when I asked for the email his quote suddenly changed.
I WOULD RATHER PAY A LITTLE MORE THAN GO WITH A DODGY SALES REP or THIS COMPANY!

Did not fully disclose their terms and conditions before cover was purchased. Even claiming that t&c's did not even need to be disclosed beforehand?!! Due to their dishonestly requested to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period, only to be ignored, then after the 14 day period had passed, they decided to cancel and are now demanding a £60 fee due to not being within the 14 day period!? Like all insurance companies, most if not all of them are dishonest, but this company thus far, have been the worst ever encountered. And before you deal or purchase anything from them, ask for their t&c's beforehand.
