Shocking company! Get out and fix your machines. Ober a month is the latest wait time

Absolute joke of a company! Avoid at all costs! They lied to me on point of sale and told me that it was the best thing ever and they looked after us. Biggest lie ever. They said the coffee machine would be delivered within two weeks and it took 4 and a half months. This whole time they charged me even though it wasn't delivered. It has never worked properly since we've had it and we've now lost thousands. The machine is currently out of order and they said it would be a day or two. It's been a month now and counting. It's been out of action about 6 months in total. When it works it's awful and most people wont use it anyway. I don't receive invoices, I don't receive any communication, I have to chase them relentlessly. This is without doubt the worst company I have ever been involved with. I can't stress enough.... AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Have used ispy coffee since March 2020. We have since taken on multiple machines including vending machines to service our needs. I can honesty that despite teething troubles that will always occur they have been prompt and efficient in dealing with our needs and this is especially down to our 2 service engineers. Dealing directly with both Jamie & Chris has many a time enabled us to fix problems without even a visit given their vast knowledge.

Exceptional service, love the new coffee machine, the new coffee is a real hit with my regulars plus they are enjoying the new Xmas syrups

Ispy is a great company to use, leasing a machine from them as well as supplying delicious coffee, we’ve had a couple
Of emergency repairs and Chris the engineer has always gone above and beyond to help, extremely professional and helpful always sorting the problem with least disruption. Highly recommend him for any issues that may occur.

We have recently upgraded our watercoolers throughout the office and the service we have received has been exceptional. From start to finish the Customer Care Team has been extremely helpful, keeping us updated throughout the process.

Avoid at all costs! A company that changes its name and takes down its websites to hide all the horrendous reviews. I doubt the good reviews are from real customers

A rare thing - brilliant customer service. Menen went to extra mile to get our coffee machine fixed urgently. She always got back to me quickly. Additional praise for the engineer (sorry, can't remember his name) who diagnosed the problem over the phone so that the part could be ordered and in situ for when he came out. Both very professional and got the job done. A real pleasure and highly recommended.
