Not your fault! The course is just too basic for me. I don’t know what I was thinking, but I somehow believed it would be more advanced vocabulary and help develop my speaking skills. I am already past the beginner material that you have presented here. I mean your approach is spot on.

But, yes for complete beginners, yes absolutely. But not for intermediate and above.

Easy to follow lessons that are actually helpful for my Russian. Ari gives great advice and the way he teaches grammar makes it very intuitive.

I've tried a lot of Russian courses, books and apps. Most of them are boring, tedious and don't actually teach you a whole lot.

Arie's approach on the other hand is breath of fresh air. These lessons actually work, and their fun too!

It's great to have high-quality lessons from someone who gets what it's like to learn Russian as an adult and who understands how to learn languages in the 21st century.

Whether you're just getting started with Russian or you've been trying to learn for a while, Arie's courses are going to help you make fast progress. I'm really glad I found them!

Each lesson is short enough to keep your attention but long enough to provide useful examples and exercises that reinforce your understanding.
The audios were also really helpful to improve my pronunciation and listening skills.

You can see success in a short period of time. Usually, when learning a language, I start by building vocabulary and I read a lot. It is only much later that I try to speak. Here in this course it is the other way around, you can immediately start speaking your first sentences. It is an interesting experience to get to know this method. However, only 4 stars out of 5 as it gets a little repetitive. However, I can definitely recommend it though. It feels like I'm starting the new language with a tailwind.

PS: By repetitive, I mean that all lessons have the same structure. Text, Audio, Text, Audio... The first 5 lessons, no problem. I'm getting used to the drill. After the tenth lesson, I look ahead and see that there are twenty more lessons to come. Same structure, text, audio... Phew! Motivation drops. I would like to see a little embellishment. Regardless of the lesson, perhaps a nice landscape photo with a small interesting text. When scrolling down, you look forward to this "ray of hope". And maybe every 5 lessons an interlude that is completely different. A crossword puzzle, a funny story, a quiz.

I completed this online Russian language course and was thoroughly impressed by the practical, hands-on approach it offered. From the get-go, the course was filled with useful bits of knowledge that were not only informative but also incredibly applicable to real-life situations.

What stood out to me was the emphasis on conversational skills. The course cleverly integrated everyday scenarios and dialogues, which I found to be a perfect starting point for anyone looking to dive into speaking Russian with natives.
