First class customer service

I placed an order with Ledsone for replacement G4 bulbs
Speedy delivery and items were well packaged
Unfortunately none of the bulbs worked
After emailing I was offered a full refund
This is what I call excellent, no hassle customer service
I would highly recommend this company

Scam-like Experience – No Response, No Delivery After 3 Weeks

I placed a large order for pendant lights from this company over three weeks ago. I received only the first confirmation email, and since then, absolutely nothing. The tracking link they gave me shows “tracking not available”. I have sent multiple emails, no one replied. I have tried contacting them via the chat function on their website. No one replied.

There has been zero communication, no shipping update, no explanation. It feels like this company just took my money and disappeared.

I am extremely frustrated and angry. I will be reporting them to PayPal to get my money back.

We're sorry for the frustration this has caused. We did contact you on 22nd July after your order was placed, but unfortunately did not receive a response. After your email follow-up, we sent multiple emails (over three times) regarding the order issue, and even responded to your live chat message. However, we didn’t receive a reply to those emails.
As we still didn’t get a response, we issued a full refund to avoid further inconvenience. Additionally, we’re sending proof of our email communication to your registered address. Kindly check your spam or junk folder in case the emails were filtered. If you still need assistance, we’re happy to help further.

Do your own reasearch folk!! It’s not a listed company

Update, they asked me to improve the review: Do your own reasearch folk, all is not what it seems. 1. Check TrustPilot you will a lot of 1 star reviews take note, and 2. check companies house - you won't find this company - which should raise alarm bells. For the address listed on the website, what you will find is: a director listed for: RELIC ELECTRICAL LTD and the same director listed another company trading as DCVOLTAGE LTD but NOTHING for this company- ASK YOURSELF WHY. More importantly - they also sell and ship ILLEGAL and DANGEROUS goods, in the example I saw there was NO CE/UKCA markings, it was meant to be used in the rain, mains wire, with NO protection. Which would concern Trading Standards, Not to mention FAKE reviews. And mis-leading advertising (promoting a company that does not exist, to scam customers who are not aware) I will be contacting Advertising Standards Agency AND Trading Standards.

Plastic bulbs sold as 150w equivalent


Plastic bulbs sold as 150w equivalent but barely as bright as 100w. 2 out of 4 bulbs failed in 4 months use in a garage!

No confirmation email and item did not arrive

No confirmation email or order reference after making a purchase - I can see the money has gone from our account but no other evidence of our order... and no product has arrived! Customer service phone line does not connect, and "live chat" not monitored. No option for resolving or requesting a refund

Vinyl pattern I couldn't find one I liked better anywhere else

Great care taken to show a real life idea of what the pattern will look like in size etc. Good customer communication via email. The vinyl I purchased was just what I ordered and arrived in substantial tube packaging to avoid any damage. It took just over a week to arrive which was highlighted on my particular vinyl, that delivery may take up to a fortnight, so it was as expected. Looks great.

Incredible Product Range

Helpful and friendly staff. Product range is absolutely incredible. We weren't 100% sure which colour flex or light bulbs to choose so we visited the warehouse. There is no shop but a member of the team was very happy to select a variety of options for us so we could make our choice.
