As others have said you will get email saying your order is misdirected or similar wording, to delay you reporting the crime to Police. They are using a UK phone number, but it is being redirected to Spain. The .com website address is a big clue they are not in UK. They are using a genuine name of a small business in Norwich, that appears not connected to this fraud. My own goods were ordered in early December 2024, never arrived, no replies, money gone. Their business premises pictures are from around 7 years ago and a genuine other business site located in Carlisle, Cumbria that they have copied and pretend is their showroom.
