If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. I reached out via email twice and still haven't received a response. I ordered my cup on April 30th and still haven't received my order. It's May 18th.

I absolutely love their tumblers! My mom bought me one, and I had to get one for my bff! Love love love!

The cup itself doesn’t match what I chose and the lid is very cheap. I contacted customer service via email but got no response.

I was very pleased with my product my T. Shirt the print was very well done Love it the color of the T.Shirt also very even, good quality material, love the package is pretty and happy, and I didn't have to wait to long to receive my order I well recommend they items thank you 💕

I’ve been emailing and trying to get a refund on a product and no one is responding. Product I purchased was very nice but wayyyy too small. I am very disappointed in their customer service. I will never order another product from this company. They are not very faith based as they say they are.

Ordered on 3/23. Delivered 4/13. I intended this “table decoration” to be my Easter centerpiece. Guess I didn’t read the fine print to see that it was only 4 inches!!! I am thoroughly disappointed that I spent that amount on a tiny ornament.

All in one piece! These were well packaged, which is greatly appreciated since sometimes the boxes look like they were used as soccer balls. Beautiful and useful items. I'm excited to give these out!

Disappointed-description misleading. It was one small, flat piece of wood with image printed on it. Backside is unfinished and it sets into a little stand. Not worth what i paid for it.

Still haven't received my order.

It has been since February 9, and there is still no valid proof that my order was ever shipped. The tracking number provided only shows that a label was created and has never been updated, which strongly suggests that the item was never sent.

Additionally, the multiple emails I have received from your company have been inconsistent and contradictory, further confirming a lack of transparency and failure to fulfill your obligations.

This purchase was not inexpensive, and I will not continue to tolerate delays, excuses, or misleading information. I no longer want this order under any circumstances.

If my full refund is not processed immediately, I will take further action without additional notice. This includes filing a formal dispute with my bank/credit provider, reporting this matter for fraudulent business practices, and pursuing any other remedies available to me.

You are expected to confirm the refund has been issued promptly.

This is a nice quality sweatshirt and the embroidery is truly spectacular. It arrived in a vacuum-packed bag and was very wrinkled. I was afraid that the wrinkles would be difficult to get out, however after a washing, it was much better. It doesn't shrink either. I don't put this in the clothes dryer and let it air dry to protect the embroidery. I bought a large and it fits just right, not too baggy. Nice selection of colors. I will order again!

I did not receive my order. I waited 5 weeks for it and then finally the tracking information said it was delivered, but I did not receive it. I requested a refund and have not yet received a response. I will not be ordering from Light & Faith again.

Poor communication and description of product, shipping took far too long.

They sent me the wrong cup and they have no responded to my emails to receive the correct product I ordered.

I received the wrong item. The merchant was able to acknowledge that. They provided a 30% discount to reorder.

I have ordered my product over a month ago and have not heard anything yet.

I love my embroidered hoodie. I’ve shared the website with friends and family and I can’t wait to order another one. It helps me be bold in my relationship with Christ, everywhere I go. It’s very comfy. I’m 5’4 and ordered a small. The fit is perfect for anyone who likes their hoodies a bit on the loose side. It’s does take a bit longer to arrive, but the quality is worth it. A great way to practice patience lol, but when it comes, the reward is worth it.

Looks wonderful, very happy with how it turned out. Shipping too a little longer than I expected. The screw on lid is not super smooth but it still sits tight and looks flawless!!
