Ryan made me feel ever so welcome following my viewing and was clear and thorough throughout the process.
I was able to contact him through various channels which was helpful as you’re not always available to answer phone calls at work.
Ryan supported me with any questions I had and delivered at every milestone during the process.
Great asset to Moving City!!!!

I had a great experience dealing with Ryan as my agent with Moving City. He has been prompt in his responses to my requests and questions. I had a very bad experience with a previous agent from another agency and he has put me at ease with the process.

I had to edit my review with the company. Everything will be great until it's come to your deposit. Even after many requests, they will not fix lights and fire alarms in your house and charge you for this from your deposit, even though it's their responsibility. Beware they will commit to a number on deposit but will not honor it at all because they know tenants will not take legal routes.

They will increase rent by giving reasons of interest rate hike but when interest rate went down they still increase the rent, they are greedy like that. When we left they rented apartment for less than what we paid. I really hope landlord gets to know this, they are not transparent at all.

Avoid them at all cost, if not have everything documented because they will rip you off.

Absolutely awful agency.
As long as this company is making money, they do not care about their customers/tenants.
After 10 months of renting the property in central London I received an email from the agency saying that my tenancy will be ended at 12 Months due to the landlord selling the property, however when I was returning the keys I met a guy who had a viewing at the same time and he told me he was the new tenant of the property. Turns out I had been lied to about the property being sold, instead they just found a new tenant in order to increase rent and charge a fee. As well as this, I was informed that they will return my deposit within 21 days but I still haven’t received it to this day, after two and a half months of waiting. I have sent many emails and most of them I haven’t had a response to.
Worst estate agency I’ve ever used!
