dÚs que j'ai contacté Meross pour signaler une défaillance de leur diffuseur acheté en décembre 2023, le SAV a immédiatement réagi pour nous proposer dans un 1er temps des tests à effectuer. Comme le problÚme persistait, ils ont directement pris la décision de remplacer l'appareil ... le tout en à peine 4 jours. They changed the app about a week ago and I canât get my devices to do what I want. I used to be able to schedule when my lights go on at off and the color and brightness. Then they updated to V3.32.0, I canât do anything. Then they told me they fixed it with V3.33.0. NOPE! Still doesnât work.

I own several Meross devices. For example sockets and bulbs. With the help of Smarthings I can write routines, like "when I click on this switch, switch on this light".
January 7th 2025, Meross experienced what they call a "network fluctuation". And now, me, and others (see Smarthings forums), have lost all the defined routines : they show all the devices as deleted. Meaning that I must redefine everything.
Obviously it is not a "network fluctuation", it is a massive cloud lossage. It means that if you use Meross devices all around your house, for example to control the lights, the heating system, security, etc. everything will stop working, and you'll have to spend, again, several days, to redesign all of your control system (aka routines) because of "a network fluctuation with they servers".
Don't buy Meross, don't buy anything from them that goes through their Cloud : there is a kid in there who can pull out a wire, and you'll have to spend days reconfiguring everything again. Obviously there is no config you can backup, and their cloud cannot revert its status to a previous, working, one. They reset everything. Goodbye Meross.

I bought 4 MTS200B thermostats from ebay which were not showing some options for summer mode. After reaching to the supports team they fixed the issue quickly. Good product support is hard to find nowadays, this was a great surprise.

Bought a Meross office surge protector. It failed after 18 months and I contacted Meross customer service. Not only did they supply me with a replacement, they kept me informed of my delivery all the way through. Great customer service and product.

Bref, Plus de 200⬠de matériel non reçu et aucune proposition de remboursement : un scandal ! Fuyez !!!!!
