I extremely recommend this product. It has helped me so much.

My girlfriend started taking gut instinct and has felt much less bloated. Not to mention, her skin has really cleared up too.

I clearly started my menopause journey at an early age - I’m nearing 48 and now nearing 12 months since my last period! I didn’t know what was happening to me but for years I felt lost ignored by medical professionals who said I was too young so battled through - ten years ago there wasn’t enough information and it was still a bit taboo ! I like the taste (I blitz with banana, frozen blueberries, chai seeds and water) and look forward to starting my day with something I know is doing me good.
