Worst company. Purchased a hair dryer and straightner from US site, shipping to canada. 2 months later no product. I got in touch with the company and right away someone re-shipped and they apologized. I was greatful and didnt think much of it.30 days later , no product. This time i was upset and told them to ship right away which they did. .Items arrived days later and had an australian connector .. seriously? I am in North America!! They then no longer were nice and said I Made my choice & products were not returnable. PURE GARBAGE

Total scam. I ordered from them and never received my product. Can not contact them as the email keeps getting rejected.

I regret that I did my research late. It has been three weeks and my order has not arrived. I emailed their customer service several times, but Google said the mail could not be delivered AKA the company rejected the mail. There is no way that I can reach them now. It's too late to reverse the transaction made because it has been weeks since I paid using my CC. Please tell me how I can get my money back. I hope that social media sites (Attention: FB and IG) will be made responsible, too, by letting the scammers use their platforms to scam people. I wish these sites demanded verification of business legitimacy from all their advertisers.

This company never sent the product and I am currently looking for my money back. It appears to be a total scam.

This company is a scam what the hell is so bad especially when I'm on the pension and you rip people off especially when they were Xmas presents for my daughters I just lost my husband to cancer in may and now this absolutely disgraceful

The scam is a company where the web address is brushxshop.com.
I purchased in a rush a multi styler and only after waiting 10 days for an update on the delivery did I look closer at the seller. The contact number is a mobile which rings abroad, the company address is registered in the UK BUT you have to return the product to Belgium.
Brushx should sue the company for using their name

Do not purchase from BrushX. The product seems like it’s from the pits of Wish.com AND when I asked for a return/ refund, they wrote back and said I MUST send a picture / video and detail as to why I don’t want their product anymore and then they will respond with whether or not my claim is sufficient enough for a refund. Also, you cannot leave a review on their Facebook page and they do not have an Instagram page where people can comment and/ or review. There’s ZERO places to leave a review 🚩. Currently waiting to see if my reasoning is enough for a refund. I told them, as a paying customer, I believe just simply being not happy with their product should be enough for a return and refund.. especially with the original packaging. What a joke

Not worth the shipping hassle and repeated frustration in dealing with their customer service department!

I ordered on April 7th, I have yet to receive my order. When I contacted them and just asked for my money back I was told no. They sure didn’t hesitate to take my money, now who knows if I will ever get the product!

Don’t order from Brushx. The customer service is not responsive. I placed an order which stated it would take 6/10 days and it’s till sitting in CA. It’s been 18 days and I’m still waiting. They had no problem taking my money as soon as I placed the order.

I ordered the brush x in black in Nov and did not receive it in the delivery timeframe. I had to send follow up emails not on e but about 3?times before they responded. Finally in January I received the brush. It was pink, a different Color from my order request. The box was crushed and torn and the brush control switch which should move to three different positions would not move. I emailed brush x to tell them of the wrong order Color and faulty brush. They did not respond. I emailed again. They still did not respond. I emailed them 2 more times. Still no response. I sense that there is either no customer service or they are a company that send faulty unusable products to customers in the hope they give up trying to obtain money back. I am overseas based so it is not worth sending the brush back. I’ve given up on this product and company and realise I’ve wasted money on their scam. I would NOT recommend or advise buying a brushx. Bad company and useless product.

I placed the order and received this product approx. 6 weeks later. I did receive a $5 refund for my inconvenience since tracking information was not be updated, product lost and reshipped. When I finally received my product I felt that I received a knock-off (because the instructions said beard straightener and Brushx was not on the product or box - I did a quick check on YouTube and their Website - everyone else's had the branding on the product). When I contacted them with pictures they assured me it was their product. I then sent them pictures from eBay where I could have purchased the exact same product for 1/2 of what I paid. I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience and decided to return the product. They did honor their refund policy that as soon as I sent them the tracking info a refund was processed (less the $5 I received earlier). I truly believe that I did receive a knock-off. They do state if you are returning a product it is at your expense (shipping from Canada was costly) when you are returning a sub-par product.

Steal photos for their own website and social media without consent, mainly from people who haven’t even used the product. Why would they need to do that if the product was actually good

AVOID- Caution false advertising

I purchased the Brush X online 22nd July 2020 as a gift for my wife. After 6 months of waiting and emailing to try and see where the product was I have eventually been informed it was blocked/unsent.

The website assured Worldwide Shipping but they don't. I was given numerous false explanations like order shipped, order in transit, order lost, order blocked.... no genuine apology for wasting my time and now advised refund may take 6-8 days.

WARNING: They are using a number of social media platforms and influencers to push their product and sales but avoid it purchase genuine reputable products such as REVLON.

Disgraceful and social media platforms should immediately remove any promotional posts or reviews.

My experience with the company has been rather upsetting. I received my Gen 2 and enjoyed it for about a month, until it started malfunctioning. Every time I would turn it on it smelled like an electrical fire. I reached out to the company TWICE and have yet to receive a response back. Very disappointed. Will never buy from this company again.
