Be careful with this app’s subscription and billing system. I was unexpectedly charged 162.67 AED for a recurring renewal, and multiple payment attempts were made under related merchant names. The cancellation process was unclear and difficult to find. I have already contacted support and my bank to dispute the charge. Please double-check auto-renew settings before using this servic

The minutes fly by and you barely get a word out customer service won't help out now the pyschics ok but customer service is ridiculous they won't refund they need to change the minute to a lower rate.

Billing nightmare - signed up on the phone …. Checked to see if subscription setup - couldn’t see anything then wham lost money ….!!!!

Eventually found if on the online version and cancelled.

Nebula makes everything look simple and cheap, but the actual cost is not communicated clearly.

The test itself was very quick and quite generic. What stood out more was the billing. I thought I was paying once, but later charges appeared, which made me question what exactly I agreed to.

The worst site ever

I tried to get help but the response was very limited.
They just repeated one thing and didn’t really address my question. I prefer readings that are clear and informative.

Would give zero if I could. Offered a 1 euro reading then 7 days later took me for 42.99 you then have to ask a bot for a refund waiting to see what happens then will chase them with my bank

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I simply wanted to pay for a $1 report from a quiz and access my results. Too bad it was just not that straightforward. While trying to get through all the additional pages of "services" they are trying to sell to the find access to my results, there are buttons for purchase next to the continue button. I mistakenly hit one of these, and there was no way to stop the transaction, though I immediately attempted to do so when I realized my mistake. I then got charged for a $49.99 service I had no intention of using and was not interested in at all. I promptly took action to request the transaction be cancelled, but the company would not refund my money, though I explained what happened was a mistake and I would not be using the service. Do not bother contacting their customer service. They will just gaslight you, and you will NOT be getting your money back. Stay away from anything on this app!!!! It is a cash grab and will loop you into a subscription or additional charges if you are not careful.

This is a scam. Please see the reviews and warnings on Facebook, as well. You order a product, do not receive it and instead are instructed to choose to speak with a psychic. Beware, as more fees will arise. Plus, by ordering the product (in my case a sketch), you are immediately subscribed for regular automatic monthly payments. Be sure to cancel everything immediately. PayPal is informed, but I am waiting for a refund.

My daughter hit a link on Instagram for a birth chart reading that was supposed to be one dollar. She never made any login just her email in Apple Pay for $1.02 days later I’m being charged $49.99 from this site when trying to get a refund, they stated that the funds was delivered correctly, but she never went on this site at all after trying to get the birth chart. I told her to leave that alone leave all those sites alone. She never even allowed on or made an account she never went to Apple Store and downloaded the app but still was charged $49.99 in 24 hours of purchasing a dollar birth chart. This is a scam. I reached out to them. They stated they will not get the refund only 50% off and 150 coins I don’t even know what that means but I kindly stated please refund us. This was a mistake and was not aware of the $49.99 fee that will come out in less than 24 hours after purchasing a birth chart she never received. I’m still trying to stay hopeful that they will refund us.

They say it's a minimal payment of £1.00 which they take, the same day they also took, £29.99 later that day and then seven days later £49.99. I didn't sign up for a subscription so no Idea how they managed to take the money. Also, In the chat part of the app it's as if I have been sending them messages which I have not. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY

This is a scam often found advertising on social media like Facebook. Do not provide your bank information for any free trials or offers as this is a phishing expedition which then takes payments from your bank account. Claim any payments taken by using Chargeback with
your bank.

If I could I would give this app ZERO, did a couple of 1 off payments at 50p, total cost was a £1 a week ago+I deleted my account because I was charged £29 for the whole month I don't use the app my account is deleted+I deleted the app as well! Nebula is a scam app. Don't use it. Google pay do something about this they will not stop taking payments
