I signed up for past life information. £13.67 which i thought was reasonable for a one off reading. They took an extra £29.00 and I found I was subscribed indefinitely for monthly payments which I have now cancelled but they make it almost impossible to get a refund.

Paid £1 for a one off reading and tried to take £49.99 out of my bank. No indication of this and not able to cancel ANYWHERE!

I signed up for a “$1 soulmate sketch” advertised on YouTube purely for fun. There was no clear warning that this was a subscription. After 4 days, $42 was charged to my card without my consent.

Did you able to refund what they charged? I was charged twice and I just noticed today that it was from this app.

I have been scammed by this company. They asked me to pay a minimal amount for their services £1 to request a reading and then a few days later helped themselves to £49.99 which I didn’t agree to and hadn’t accessed or requested their services. I still don’t know how they have managed it given I did not sign up to a subscription. This company prays on vulnerable people and should be closed down. Report any unauthorised payments to your bank and get them blocked.

No one to talk to, no way of canceling and then they just take the money

Lower than one - vile company,!!!!! I’ve had to cancel my card as they find it acceptable to help themselves to my money — cancelled apple pay , caused a lot of unnecessary stress - money has been taken and I’m waiting to hear from my bank now about a refund through investigation **** AVOID at all costs

I paid 1$ just to try, later 24,99€ gone from my card, not a trustworthy platform.

Activation code isnt work, support is AI and cant help.

I agreed to 1.99€ but they billed me 49.99€, my nebula.app experience was terrible.

They tempted me with 1$ horoscope, suddenly 19.99$ charged, no warning, very dishonest site.

Nebula.app took 1€ for trial but days later 24,99€ vanished, awful surprise and scammy.

Reviews about nebula.app are right, my experience turned bad after 0.99$ became 39.99$

Started with 1.99$, shocked to see 19.99$ deducted later, I would not recommend nebula.app .

So I subscribed to this web service, and the cost is $6, which makes the cost for someone in the UK £4.44, I used a bank account that don’t charge foreign currently transfer fees, however they put the fees on there which charged me £5.91, I also gone backwards in my statements, August 2024 they charged me £3.91 so they purposely take more money from they international customer, I like watching Jet Lag the game, which is relased a week later on youtube, so I would be happy to pay for a nebula subscription, if they kept to the exchange rate plus any fees charged by banks, but My Bank don’t charge this, so should cost me £4.44 per a month.

I trusted nebula.app for a reading, yet a simple 1€ trial ended in 49.99€ charge.

Paid 0.99$ on nebula.app but later my card was billed 39.99$, this feels like fraud.
