Tried canceling inside the app but nothing happens. Emails ignored, charges never stop.

RUN from this application!!! When initially opening the app, it requires a c.c. number, but specifically asks if you would are authorizing a subscription or not. We merely explored the app, decided it was not for us, and declined the subsciption. This is now the SECOND month in a row where, despite declining the subsciption, our AMEX card has been billed for $45. It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel the subscription through the app, and the only means of contact is a dead end chat bot.

I looked at the prices and I aborted before I could pay, but 2 days after it came in my inbox from bank that the look costed me $1 and 14 days later it costet me $49.99 so I tryed to get it back but had to close my bankcard that cost about $20 here in Denmark. So a look to $70.99. DON’T GET NEAR THEM.

I deleted my account, unsubscribed in the app, and they’re still draining my bank. Unbelievable.

Support is nonexistent. Cancel button does nothing, and I keep getting billed like clockwork.

SCAMMERS! Don't touch this website! Misleads people to continuing and ongoing payments. You never get results, just keeps taking you to new pages to extract more money.

Just like, and shortly after, the problem I had with the Hint app, this started showing up in the withdrawals from my checking account at my credit union. I believe they are linked somehow. After the ordeal with Hint and the reviews of this Nebula app I'm on my way to the bank to report their fraud and replace my debit card. I won't go through what I went through with Hint to get out of this problem with Nebula. I expect them to try to get me to delay as long as possible, but after the initial $1 withdrawal they have already taken $45 out of my account and if I don't nip it in the bud now I know it will only get worse. If you spot any charges from either of these two apps, I strongly suggest that you do whatever it takes to protect your account.

They don’t just make it hard to cancel—they actively prevent it. Pages don’t load, links break, and support is nonexistent.

Nebula Feedback: Their refund system is a joke. Even when you send screenshots and proof, they just ignore it and continue charging.

Never agreed to recurring payments. I clicked for a reading and days later my card was charged €39. No warning, no receipt, just theft.

Nebula Experience: Support only responds with bots, and they never process a refund. This is clearly designed to drain money from users.

C’est une grosse arnaque ! Méfiez-vous, ils prélèvent de l’argent de votre compte PayPal sans aucun avertissement. Une première fois 29€ la seconde fois 45€. Heureusement j’ai pu récupérer mon argent !

They are scammers, they pulled 45.00 out of my PayPal while telling me that I would be charged just a dollar. They did this without my permission or awareness, I only found out days later, I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund and have been given the runaround, but no compensation of charges that were taken by unethical means. There are a lot of positive reviews on some sites that are designed to repair the bad reputation that they’ve earned.

Learn from my mistake, don’t do business with them.

No email confirmation, no subscription page—just charges hitting my bank without explanation. I had to dispute it with my card provider.
