Nebula Experience: It`s impossible to reach real support. All replies are automated and useless. I feel completely scammed by this app.

Was drawn in by a social media ad promising a €1 deal. Instead, I got hit with a €39 charge just three days later with no way to undo it.

They claim you can cancel anytime, but don`t offer an actual method to do so. Pure deception and terrible customer experience.

I`ve contacted them six timeses about unwanted charges. No human ever responded. Just copy-paste templates from bots.

The refund policy is just for show. Even when you prove you canceled, they keep your money and act like nothing happened.

The moment you sign up, they begin billing without proper notice. You have to dig to find the terms, and even then it`s confusing and vague.

I tried to unsubscribe via the app and their website, both led to dead ends, I had to block the charges through my bank.
