I have been chasing for my payment for a week but nobody can solve the problem right away. Call support on Monday and got a call back from Steven and he help me and follow up the issue until has been resolved.

I would give 5 stars for their service. My account manager, Steve, has been excellent. He listens to all my queries and has always been helpful, even with my unusual questions. I highly recommend Nextorder for any business, as it truly helps in growing your business in every way. I have tried different POS systems, but this one stands out as the best.

Quick response, great communication with the team. Steven explained very clearly, and update my request very quickly as well, makes everything easier for those who don’t know how to do things online. Simplify a lot of things.

Had someone else who wasn't that good and I was actually going to stop using next order. but Steven here is amazing always prompt. When I message him to change something he always acts so quick to bad I can't give a 10/5 star review

We have used Next order programme for nearly 2 yesrs now. All corordinstef and Managed by Brad and his Team. An awesome system . Makes ordering easy,record keeping in the back Admin office makes life easy. An excellent system which is mansged very efficiently.

Very helpful, no matter what time you call or ask for assistance they always answer your phone and solve the problem. It’s been really helpful to maintain our online order system, updating menus, and pricing. Harvey is really helpful.
