Just wanted to give a big shout out to Steven he’s always responsive, helpful, and ready to assist whenever I have questions. His prompt replies, professionalism, and patience mean a lot, especially since I’m new to the business. Highly recommend working with him such a supportive person!

Good communication, helpful. All the online menu setup and everything is done by next order support team not need spend time updating menu and prices. I just gave them menu and instructions about extras and categories, it was done without myself spending single second.

There Menu editing team should improve, clearly understanding what the customer requests are. Pushing it to live with out cross checking.

We have been using Next Order for a few years and it has been a reliable and smooth addition to our hospitality kitchen. Reports are easy to understand and payments come in the day. We have very few issues and whenever any minor things arise their service is impeccable with an immediate reply and sorting things quickly and efficiently
