My husband booked us an appointment at Novita Diamonds London as a surprise to buy me a birthday present!

We had a fantastic experience at Novita Diamonds. Yen was incredibly helpful and took the time to show us a beautiful selection of diamond necklaces. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process very relaxed and enjoyable.

The quality and sparkle of the lab-grown diamonds were impressive, and Yen explained the different options clearly so we could make an informed decision. She also clarified the difference between lab-grown diamonds and traditional diamonds and talked us through the four 'c's - cut, colour, clarity, and carat, which was really helpful.

After trying several different settings, I finally chose my favourite diamond pendant, Yen didn't rush me at all, in fact she was just as excited as I was! My husband chose to also buy the white gold chain from Novita Diamonds but we were under no pressure to purchase it from here - no pushy up-selling!

We really appreciated the attentive service and the time Yen spent helping me find the right piece.

Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service and high-quality jewellery. I would happily recommend Novita Diamonds to anyone looking for beautiful lab-grown diamonds.

I knew years ago when I discovered Novita Diamonds that if my partner and I ever got married, I wanted a bespoke engagement ring from them. After learning about diamonds, I knew lab-grown was the right choice, and I admired what Novita stands for as a company.

When my partner proposed in Paris, he did so with a fake, oversized ring, which was hilarious! But he had already booked an appointment at Novita in London, so we could go together and design my perfect ring.

The bespoke ring process was seamless. The first CAD drawing was flawless, so no adjustments were needed. Five weeks later, my dream ring was ready. As someone with high standards for jewellery, I was nervous about the craftsmanship, but I didn’t need to worry—it was absolute perfection, exactly as I had imagined.

My fiancé and I will definitely be returning to Novita Diamonds to get our wedding rings by the end of the year!

We’ve made two purchases from Novita Diamonds — a pair of lab-grown diamond earrings from their Singapore outlet in December 2024, and an eternity ring from their London store in April this year. On both occasions, the experience was faultless. The staff, Abigail in Singapore and Kim in London, were not only knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely warm and welcoming. They made my wife and me feel truly special throughout the process. The quality of the jewellery is outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier. A brilliant experience from start to finish — highly recommended.

Saw Novita on line then visited store in Hatton garden without appointment. Usually need appointment but Laura very kindly helped us out. She was great! Explained how we design the ring showing us different variants. My ring is now made and it’s beautiful. Thanks Novita and Laura.

Unfortunately I didn't get to have a nice experience like every other customer who was able to write such nice reviews.

After having my engagement and wedding rings stolen in a home invasion, I returned to this jeweller—the same one my husband originally bought my engagement ring from—expecting professionalism, compassion, and basic competence. What I got instead was a string of blunders, broken promises, and appalling customer service.

I placed two new orders with them: a replacement engagement ring and a new wedding band. On collection day, I was told—all too casually—that the rings were too small. They admitted this error in writing. When I requested £60 off the final price to cover the cost of travel due to their mistake, I was met not with an apology, but with a spiteful, rude email that frankly should never have come from a professional business.

To save face, they later promised the £60 off and a complimentary gift on my return. Today, I was told the gift isn’t happening—because clearly, keeping their word is optional here.
This entire experience has been needlessly stressful and upsetting—especially given the emotional weight of what these rings were meant to replace. They had one job: to offer support and get it right. They failed on every count.

I regret ever walking back through their doors.

I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with my Novita tennis bracelets. My first bracelet’s clasp broke multiple times—even after bringing it in for repairs—until it eventually fell off and was lost. I used the offered discount to buy a replacement, only to have the exact same issue happen again.

The clasp on the new bracelet broke just weeks ago and was repaired, but it’s already broken again, less than a month later. Thankfully, I caught it this time before losing it, but this is unacceptable. The constant repairs, time spent going back and forth, and the overall poor quality have left me really frustrated and out of pocket.

I expected much better quality and service. I won’t be purchasing from Novita again unless this is resolved properly.

From start to finish novita diamonds was fantastic. The help and depth of knowledge the guys showed when helping me chose which engagement ring, then the wedding bands everything was faultless. We had to have a couple of re-sizing done which was no problem at all, got the rings back pretty quickly too,

The guys pushed through the engagement ring as I wanted it for when we went on holiday and it was a tight window to get it all done but they went above and beyond to make sure the ring was done and ready for the big surprise,
