I love this company. Their customer service is great. Shipments are fast and their prices are really really good. I hardly ever go to an in person dispensary these days, (and I live in the East Village so they're are a lot around me!) - because NYCGLASS718 has what I need and usually at a better price. I love them! Great company. I would highly recommend!

They sell items they can’t deliver and then insult you when you ask for help!

If you like wasting your money, go ahead and order. I got nothing but attitude and excuses.

I placed an order, never received it, and when I asked for help, I was met with sarcasm and insults. Instead of solving the issue, they accused me of entering the wrong address (which was correct) and refused to contact USPS. Even though tracking shows the package stuck in their own zip code for over a month.

They take your money, put zero effort into fixing shipping problems, and treat customers with total disrespect. This is not just bad service. It’s a scam.

Avoid this site at all costs.

I am apparently a vape flavor snob. Before I found NYC Glass Vape I had to search/use multiple sites to order the one geek bar pulse flavor I love (which will remain my secret) because they are always out of stock. NYC has consistently had my flavor in stock. pricing is slightly higher for geek bar pulse but worth the extra few dollars to be able to get the flavor I want when I want it. Shipping is consistent with other sites and I have not had any issues with any of my orders. I do wish they had more discounts or coupons for repeat customers or a rewards program but other than that no complaints. You can feel confident you will actually receive your order if you use them
