I purchased this product with theâŠ
I purchased this product with the expectation that it would provide meaningful support for improving iron levels, as implied by its marketing. After using the product and not experiencing results, I contacted the company for clarification.
In their response, the company acknowledged that:
Iron is a large molecule that does not easily pass through the skin
Absorption through transdermal patches is limited and highly variable
There is limited scientific evidence supporting consistent absorption of iron through the skin
This information raises serious concerns about the productâs ability to perform as advertised. The product is marketed in a way that suggests it can support iron levels, yet the company itself admits that absorption is uncertain and not well-supported by scientific evidence.
Based on this, I requested a refund. The company refused.
My concern is not only about the effectiveness of the product, but also about transparency in marketing. Consumers are being sold a product for iron supplementation without clear disclosure of the limitations that the company later acknowledges privately.
