I use Paytriot for my online competition site and haven't looked back since. After struggling to find a processor that can support my website, I spoke to Jay from Paytriot, and he said he could give us an online payment gateway. The setup was completed in less than 72 hours. 

We've used Paytriot for over a year now, and my competitions run smoothly. Jay and Sharin from the team have helped me with any queries that I have had.

Ever since signing up with Paytriot, I have had a stable payments processor that was easy to use and understand. I have had issues with many payment providers but Paytriot’s support has been very fast and helpful, they are always on hand to assist me.

I can't reccommend Paytriot enough, I was in deep need of a payment gateway, I had searched for months, and I contacted Paytriot and Jay took the responsibility, and had me onboarded in under a week. It is worth mentioning that my business is considered high risk, because it is the vaping industry, therefore it normally can take some time. Their admin support is also quick and helpful, they answer in a matter of hours, and if I need some quick assist I have always contacted Jay, and he was on it in instant and the matter was resolved quickly.

Paytriot helped me onboard my CBD business, after struggling to find processing for my shopify business. I dealt with Jay and Amit who were great during the underwriting process, they made sure I knew what was going on so I wasn’t left in the dark.

Once the account was live I dealt with the admin team who got me live and sent me the shopify plug in. Highly recommend Paytriot as the team has always been on hand to help and the underwriting process was quick and easy

Amazing service provided by Paytriot!!

I appreciate most people will have a lot of options to choose from when it comes to payment processing as did I. However, the service and costs I have received from the Paytriot team have been second to none.

As a business that trades international with offices globally we needed a payment processor that could handle multiple currencies and high approval ratios. We have been with Paytriot for over 8 months now and everything has been running very smoothly and couldn't thank the team enough with their support along the way.

If you are considering different options, do yourself a favour and choose Paytriot and you won't look back!

.. be aware of them .. they start processing and settle smaller funds.. then there will be "tech issues" and you will not get any money furthermore, telling you it's not their fault it's on the aquirer side

Paytriot have made it really easy for me to start taking payments online for my business. I made the initial application with Paytriot on a Monday morning and I was taking payments the next morning. Quick and efficient service

I had previous issues with alternate payment processors however Paytriot are brilliant for handling any queries that I have regarding my online Wordpress store. They listened to my initial concerns I had and provided me a payment gateway and merchant account that suited my needs.

I have been with Paytriot for about three months and their service is absolute class. They set up our gateway very fast, without any complications and they are friendly and easy to deal with. Cameron the customer service guy is more than helpful and a pleasure to speak to. I've been in the industry for years and you will not a find a better gateway provider than Paytriot especially if your in the CBD industry.

Having read the reviews on here, I decided to contact Paytriot Payment. I initially spoke with Jay who was great, after that I solely dealt with Cameron who was absolutely brilliant. He went above and beyond for anything that we needed or to rectify any issues we had. I cannot speak highly enough of Cameron and he is an asset to the business. Thanks for all of your help with everything!

Paytriot have been a savour.

We run a high risk business and have struggles with processing payments from the start. We contacted paytriot and very quickly discussed any queries we had and came to a flexible pricing plan, as we are a small general partnership, this is what we needed.

The use of their service has been all they have promised and more.

The customer service and help has been by far the stand out attribute. As we are very new to business and are learning on the job 50% of the time, we ask a lot of questions, all of which have been answered by a real person within an hour!! Which is unheard of. They understand the importance of the service they provide and they help you all the way.

The majority of support came from one employee, Sharina. They get back in touch in way under an hour and are always on the ball with simple, direct answers to my, sometimes, confusing questions.

We were struggling to find a payment processor for our CBD website for months where I came across Paytriot.
Adam walked me through the process of how to get approved and within a week, I was ready to take card payments online.

A colleague of Adams, Cameron issued myself login credentials and assisted when I needed help with integration.

Tremendous company!

Initially we spoke to Jay, who was very clear and fast with the first stage of set up. The admin team were very responsive, we initially had issues with with our Competition website, however they were able to resolve them within hours and were happy to take phone calls to advise us. Brilliant service.

After trying to reach out to resolve my issue, I finally manage to speak to Sharin Mahra, at the help desk.
It was difficult at first as we couldn't do zoom or what's app, but his patience came through.
We manage to resolve the long-awaited issue and look forward to updating my site. Thank you Sharin, your patience paid off. ;-)

Knowledgeable, quick responses and helpful

Extremely impressed by how quick and easy setup was for our merchant account. I searched for weeks trying to find a merchant account for my ‘high risk’ business and then I came across Paytriot.

Jordan took the time to understand my requirements and within 3 days I had my merchant account setup. Great communication throughout.

I wanted to wait before i posted a review on Paytriot. I came across Paytriot after going through a tedious process of applying through multiple merchant providers looking for a merchant account.

A merchant provider was never on my “to do list” when starting up my business. A process that took us 6 months in development phase and another 6 months in bringing the company ready to launch. After jumping through the regulatory hoops, securing office space and getting a bank account we were reading to launch in a couple of weeks. Last thing to do just quickly setup an online gateway to accept card payments...

Sounding simple enough. Set up a quick account with Stripe and integrated to our website and we were ready to launch. A week later we launch a soft opening of our website and allow users who already registered interest to start using our product.

Then something unexpected happens...we get a closure notice from Stripe saying our business model is on their prohibited list policy. After getting no response and now completely unable to accept card payments we look elsewhere, this time with a little due diligence. We start looking at restricted policies for online providers and time and time again all we see is we are on the restricted list.

We decide we needed to speak to the traditional merchant account providers and explain our business model on the phone in order for them to understand it. All the conversations were pretty similar, “sorry it’s not a business model that is accepted by us and can’t support”.

Delving deeper into the merchant account realm you start speaking to more “specialised” consultants who advise they can help us. We provide countless documents and complete it numerous application forms we wait for weeks for replies or back and forth with more questions only to be rejected at the end. You speak to more providers who are linked to “100 acquirers+” yet from all these “providers” no one can help us!

Our country is now going into lockdown and where our business would will be able to operate during this crisis we have no way to accept payments. Searching further online we finally get on to Paytriot. We give them a call expecting no one to pick up during the pandemic yet someone picks up. After explaining what we need was told we need to speak to someone in sales and everyone “seem busy on the phone at the moment” so we will get a call back. Thinking this may just be another call handling service I was ready to give up. Then just at the end of the call they say oh sorry someone just got available could I transfer you now?

I start giving me 100th pitch on the business and what we do and issues we are finding in getting a merchant account. A simple reply yes we can support that business and have similar business models already. They explained how the process works and advised within a couple of days they can give me an approval or a decline. I do the process again and something unexpected happens..the next day they approve my account provided my with terms and have a contract out for me to sign. Once this is done I get my login details and they advise I can start processing the next day.

It seemed to simple so I was very reserved when accepting payments to see when this could all come to a halt yet the day never came. 7 months later and we will still processing with Paytriot without a hitch. Our account manager deals with all our queries and as a company we have grown so much over this year.

I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone looking for processing, they have given us everything we need and have saved our business! I know this was a long read but I hope this can be read by someone who is in the same position as me and given up hope in finding a merchant account. Hope is still out there!

I've had a mixed experience with Paytriot, back in the early summer I ran into a problem a lot of other CBD companies had, the payment processing stopped all of a sudden without warning. This I've read happened on multiple platforms/gateways not just Paytriot. That was the bad part.
Jordan, and Cameron, have been the 2 individuals I've been dealing with since starting my account. They've been excellent, really helped with integration and troubleshooting. There's a lot of problems with finding a reliable payment processor for high risk industries. Paytriot has made things easier and have been extremely helpful. Thank You
