Ordered last week, today notified that item has not been sent yet. Need it to take to the Australian MTB Champs next week. Doubt if I'll get it in time. Would have ordered elsewhere if I knew.

Unhappy customer
Unfortunately it may only be your courier, but I have Not received my purchase goods.
I have been asked to send details and proof of my purchase to DIA Post, this is not understood as Probikekit should have send all info required, it's been well over the time I should have receive the goods Probikekit indicate.
I have never before had any problem with the Co. which is desapointing for a long standing customer.

The delivery cost is ridiculous and very poor
The delivery cost is ridiculous.
Every other company does free delivery for over $100.
Plus I was going to order 4 tubes but the delivery cost went from $17.50 to $35.00. Ha no thanks. Will order from somewhere else next time.
So I got told I would receive a refund for the delivery cost. Well that never happened and its now 15/2 23. Also the delivery company you use (Delivere) left a calling card as no one was home! Fair enough however we both work fulltime and I emailed stating you will need to deliver on this day between this time and please call mobile first as we live in a secured gated apartment. However the email came back jsut stating we will re attempt to deliver ranging from 24-72hours. OMG well there will be no one here once again. Its ridiculous. What a horrible service delivery that has just reinforced we will not go through PROBIKEKIT again. Very sorry but poor service

Good and slightly different range of products to most online stores.
Would prefer if free freight was available over a set minimum sale limit; that would make it 5 Stars!

The delivery options commence with the FREE option at the top but the default is set to Express. The Express delivery still took 5 days which I believe is not very expressive.

PBK shipping crazy
I love PBK but when I want to ship 3 small items to Australia and it came up with $100 AUD that is a joke.
