Tried to get help with correct sizing…
Tried to get help with correct sizing in bibshorts your own brand. Got three email responses with no answer re waist sizing. Check my email trail from your staff. Simply not acceptable responses. Took a punt on size being right but if wrong will not send back nor order again from pbk

Poor follow-up and response for a…
Poor follow-up and response for a refund for a set of Cateye Rear lights which I was told by ProBikeKit are no longer available and three months after the September 2022 purchase in January 2023, there is still no sign of a refund.

Most of my orders were in good quality
Most of my orders were in good quality, no factory defects.
Postage not that quick but received them complete and no issues.

3rd attempt to purchase from this…
3rd attempt to purchase from this company.
Choosing product and placing order ok, like any other website, but stock availability, shipping, tracking, updates seems to be way behind their competition.
Ordered heaps of products from all over the world and all supplied in a timely manner, with tracking and clear communication. Rapha, Wild Earth, Pushys online, Snowy's.... All great and promptly delivered, ordered same day.
Still awaiting stock, or even communication as to whether any will be sent from ProBikeKit.
Update a few weeks later... Still sign of any products, advised one item no longer available and refunded..... Then an email from some uncontactable courier company apologising for further delays and to probably expect delivery end of January.
It would be laughable if I was not so angry at the fiasco that trying to simply buy a product from this company has become.

Items listed not in stock.
The last two items I have ordered from Probikekit have had problems. Both time the items I have ordered have been listed as “in stock” only to be told later that at least one unit of the item is now not being sent because of stock delays or shortage.
There is no point sending me one tyre and telling me my order has been shipped to then send me an email several days later that the other tyre is not available and will be shipped when available. One tyre on a two wheeled bike is not a great use to me in the immediate future.
Obviously closer stock management or better automated stock update is needed.

It's been 8 weeks and still no sign of…
It's been 8 weeks and still no sign of my item. After about 10 emails to admin just seems to be getting generic responses in return. I'm supposed to sit tight until freight forwarder emails me. Not getting any help here.
