Resident has managed to create spaces that feel both professional and genuinely welcoming. The staff are friendly, supportive, and truly committed to knowing their members and curating the optimal environment.

Resident is a lovely coworking place & event space, and has amazing hospitality. Their team members (Max and Jessica whom I worked with) are welcoming, responsive, and accommodating when it came to our needs, helping to field AV request and setting up. The "library room" is a beautifully designed space that we were fortunate to have access to. Would recommend for those interested in an office or a venue!

Been at Resident since they first opened, and it's become my favorite part of my work routine. The space itself is great with good office options, always clean, plenty of food and drinks. But what really stands out is how much effort they put into community. Most coworking spaces talk about it but don't actually invest in it. Resident is different. They're proactive about connecting members, they host quality events, and they genuinely care about creating an environment where people want to show up. I've made real friendships here, not just transactional networking contacts. The team also goes out of their way to accommodate requests and make sure everyone's happy. And honestly, the energy here is just different. You walk in and people are friendly, caring, smart, and ambitious. It's motivating.
