Fast and reliable!Got my order within 2 days (The Netherlands).
Highly recommended!

Ordered online from Riffs and they shipped the order in 2 days. The post service took a little bit longer but nothing to do with the store. The patches arrived neatly packed and according to the description and images. Will order again!

P.s.: delivery times are sure to be much longer if you order during festival season! I would advise not order from June to beginning of September.

Om 18 april een bestelling gedaan van 2 grote backpatches. Op 28 april deze ontvangen. De afmetingen waren zoals beschreven. De patches waren netjes verpakt met bubbleplastic in een grote enveloppe. Ik zal zeker nog bestellen bij Riffsmerchandise want de keuze is enorm groot.

Rip off store, purchased a pin 4 months ago, it’s in shipped status on their website forever, they don’t answer my emails anymore, no refund also, i got stealed.

Reageren niet op mails. Sturen hun producten niet op een complete scam site dus. Niet kopen

Made my order on 5th april. On 17th april i got a mail, that my order is sent without a shippingnumber. After 4 weeks i tried to contact riffm, but no answer. Since then i tried to contact them 5 or 6 times via mail and via their homepage. Still no answer. My conclusion: this company is a total rip-off. Find your merch somewhere else. There only can be better ones
