I have used RIFT a few times, and they are always excellent for explaining things, going through my options and ease of making claims thanks to the App and excellent customer services.
Yordan Mavrodinov was my contact this time and he was very easy to work with and would help me get me claim done in the best way possible. 5*

I gave my tax agent my earnings from my bank statements
Then she came back to me with a figure then that was that
I wasn't asked if I had any other expenses apart from fuel as I didn't have my fuel receipts to hand but the figure is the same most years
She said if I ain't got the receipts for the fuel she can't put them through
Well why other company's do it still then 🤔

Rift rapid refund is 100/100 .
I got half my refund the next day .
This allowed me to buy a cheap car and get back to work the following day.
