Kocht een Android radio bij deze shop ,deze gaf meteen al geen beeld ,was dus defect .Na meerdere keren filmpjes te moeten opsturen van de verkoper,bleef deze volhouden dat er niks met het scherm mis was ,ook al bleef het scherm op zwart staan.Hij kwam telkens weer met een andere smoes .Na het lezen van de reviews ,kwam ik er helaas te laat achter, dat deze verkoper het al bij meerdere klanten van hem zo had afgehandeld .Heb hem nu een laatste bericht gestuurd ,met de mededeling mijn geld terug te storten .Mocht er toch nog een beetje klantvriendelijkheid bij deze koper in zitten ,dan zal ik mijn review herzien.Maar voor nu kan ik alleen maar waarschuwen bij deze shop niks te kopen

Whilst the product is ok at best...the customer service is just abysmal. Warranty repairs/returns can take months just to get a reply. Every email is a "Try this" - "send picture of that" - took almost 4 months to get them to accept my screen was faulty - then another 2 months waiting for the postal back and forth to china.

Not worth the headache in my view for what you get, sound quality not amazing either, had i not had the customer service issues id of give this a 3/5

mainly as its so expensive for what it really is...an android head unit

So far, great experience. I contacted RSNAV with some technical queries before making the purchase. Daniel replied promptly and professionally. I've now placed an order for a S3 screen and will update this review once it arrives and is fitted and functional.
