Easy to apply. Helpful phone attendants.

Customer service is terrible. Asked to cancel loan within my allotted 3 business days, was told I could not even after copy and paste thier own agreement section, called a second time and of course claimed it late and had to pay interest. Perhaps having customer service support without attitude would help, as he picked up the phone I heard him say “oh god, here we go”.

Loan process was very easy. Funds were deposited even earlier than anticipated.

It was an emergency and RSVP made it very easy it get and allowed me to pay it off early so this was perfect for me

I applied and with in one day my funds were in my account very fast service.

It was an easy online process to do just didn't like the phone process where they ask you for your social security number I've always only had to say last 4 numbers not all of them over the phone especially since I had already filled out online application

Fast service and I got approved for the amount I needed at this time.

Was in a financially difficult situation, even though the interest rate is crazy high, this company was the only one to help me out.

The process and customer service was excellent.

Great customer service and fast and easy process

nice to have funds accessible but the interest rate is way too high and the daily interest was annoying. I did not need the $ after all so I returned it in less than 5 days and because I did not want to pay for using my debit card I was paying interest on those few days waiting for the money to be transferred from checking. As it was I paid $40 for the "privilege" of not using the money.

Customer service was terrible. Joan in collections was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. I was calling with general question, not even sure how or why I was sent to collections.

The application was not working properly. I called your 800 number. The person who answered was very hurried. He spoke quickly and sharply. He did not exude friendliness. When I asked a question about something he said to make sure I heard him correctly, he got snappish. I got off the phone and shook my head and thought “ he must think that since I need a high interest loan that he can speak to me that way”. I did get my money quickly.

Very easy and fast glad to I got an offer.

I have told them several times I am working with a debt management companyand they still are calling and harrassing me and family members that don't even live with me. Like everyone, I had Covid and was out of work. Things got bad and so that is why I went to a debt management company for assistance. The person who calls me is unreasonable and rude. I believe it is against the law to be harrassing someone when they let you know they are working with a management company.
