It was a lot of work having to type all the details in for little money. Also many books I wanted to dispose of were not wanted so next time I will just donate to charity

Absolute rip off. I sent a number of excellent quality books which the said they did not receive and did not pay me for. Next time I will just give the books to a charity shop.

I use all the time and will one day turn into a 5star service when money is paid by the 3rd day . One day to check books money available next day. It is getting better, the day I win £500 for submitting 10 in demand books a month will be the Day Trust truly arrives in lieu of cynicism. There you go.

Trade dealt with very quickly and full payment paid by cheque very speedily.

When this company was Ziffit, the app worked, the processing was fast and accurate and the payment was quick. Now it’s World of books, the payment is slow but also the app and processing seem to have issues. I have spent ages scanning items then the app ‘forgets’ the trade. I have submitted an order where several items were marked not received when I was pretty sure they were packed. This time, I submitted books, traded, posted and now several books I posted aren’t listed on the order so I haven’t been paid for what I have sent… I may use them again but I will screen shot every stage.

It's so easy to sell your books. Pack your box securely, choose home collection, within days the money is in your bank account.
I've used this method many times and my trades have always been dealt with promptly. Great service without having to leave your home.

Having a clear out and sent 3 boxes of books to WOB so far. Quick and easy process.

I am disgusted with this company, I did some trades with them , thought their offers were very low, considering I purchased a lot of the items I was reselling from them for a lot more, but I decided to go ahead. They listed several of my items as not received, I know that is untrue, and one book was listed as having unclean pages, also not true, someone is telling lies and profiting off of my misfortune, it is disgusting because they do not make it clear anywhere on the selling information of the website that they do not return what they do not accept, if they have not paid for it, it is still my property, it feels like theft.
I will never sell or buy with them again. Ineterestingly I emailed them before leaving this review, to which they have not replied, but they have replied to this review, I suspect for appearances sake, if , however they actually do anything to rectify what they have done wrong, I shall add it here later, but I doubt it.
