Trying to get evolution saw spare part for my 185ccsx model, part number 027-0102 just keep getting fobbed off with the excuse try again at the end of next month, wish I had purchased a different Brand of saw.

I'm a builder been in the trade for over 30 years and I think out of all the top bands evolution tools are by the best ive used just fantastic tool

The cut on an L profile was very quick and perfect 90°.

It's brand new, though havn't taken it out of the box yet

What a fantastic service, my order came in quick time, which was a lovely surprise. Everything was well packed and the quality of the product was excellent. The splinter guard strip fitted very easily to the track and cut to size not only for the length of the board. It fitted the track tightly and once trimmed with the circular saw long straight edges could be cut with accuracy.

The order process was super smooth, clearly communicated delivery and kept it. The saw was well packaged, easy to assemble and works very well.

It was pretty easy to order, and arrived quickly as well. Very well packaged, and the order was complete with all extras as requested. I would say one idea lacking is that the saw should have come with a spare set of brushes. For the cost of less than 2 cups of coffee, it would be of great advantage overall in the initial purchase.

The table saw arrived on the day advised.
The saw was packaged well and was fairly easy to put together.
The saw is very well built and put together. First job was to cut timber for a tapered shed roof the saw did everything it should and all components worked well. 100 plus cuts done without a hitch brilliant.
Only issue is the dust extraction pipe feels a bit femur and not sure how long this will last. But other than this which is a minor detail I would recommend this table saw. Cheers Andy

L'unica pecca il goniometro per quel che riguarda a precisione, ma questo sembra essere un problema comune su utensili di questo livello. Eccellente anche l'assistenza on line di Francesco sempre presente e gentile quando richiesto. Sito e macchina consigliatissimi. cinque stelle meritate.

I recently purchased a table saw which is my fourth evolution product, I’ve had no issues with any of the tools I’ve bought and they all work great.

Forget the fast delivery, even when I complained and said my work was being delayed, got the 'we will respond in 24hrs' statement. It took about a week to arrive from payment to delivery. You think they would have sent out some accessories for free as an apology, not a hope.

Fantastic customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Very quick response to any of my queries. Phone conversations just as professional .

I purchased a table saw which arrived quickly and which had proven to be well thought out. It seems like good value for money. My only small boggle is that there is a bit too much play in the slot that carries the mitre cutting guide.

Well designed website made it easy to select the machine I wanted.
Exceptional saw, that worked really well straight out of the box with minimal tweaking. Would not hesitate to use again.

After the first cut, the guide has been cutted curves at beginning and end of the track. I contacted the support a week ago but they wrote me a meaningless message, as if they hadn't read my precise explanation of the problem. Check my ticket n.#00630704

My r210 chop saw destroyed the brushes so I bought new ones directly from evolution but they didn’t fit after a month of emailing and one week of being totally ignored I spoke to a technician who informed me that there are two different brushes but I should send it back, all done machine was returned but the front safety switch handle was missing so I can’t use it,also note that the brush holders have been swapped out for what is considered the normal size (I was not informed about the change in size only that they had been replaced) now I’m waiting for a response to the missing part a simple “we are looking into it “ would have been nice but not a thing
