Shopee Not a place to shop anymore!!! Should give zero star

I have been purchased items from Shopee for many years. The last item I purchased from Shopee was a Blackdog camping tent. The expected delivery date was suppose to be on 20th and was late for four days. after I placed my order I straight contact the seller to send out my order asap and also contacted Shopee customer service a few times to escalate my order.As I need this camping tent on 21st which I believe Shopee can delivery my item on time(because the item located in Malaysia so naturally it should be earlier because it near Singapore). On the same day I also purchased an item from Tao Bao. To my surprise the item from Tao bao arrived on 15th. I had contacted Shopee customer service a few times. They said if my order did not arrive on 20th I can request a refund. On 20th my order did not arrive so I waited till 21st (which is my camping trip) then i request to cancel my order and have to rush to store to buy a new camping tent for my camping trip. What make it worse is the delay of the order causes me to arrive at the camping site at night about 8+pm!!!. I had submitted three refund request and all was rejected. The packing even had damaged(a big hole) on it which I submitted my proof. They don't even care about your item. I purchased the camping tent at $800++ not $8 item. I have been force to accept the item even Shopee cause the delay(they have admitted in the email) and my item not pack properly(they said doesn't affect the item). From the damage you can see how they delivery your $800++ item. They don't even care to contact me. I have already cancel my account with Shopee and asked the delivery guy to send back the item to Shopee which is not acceptable to me. Hey Shopee you have your company policy but we as consumer also need respect. Look for you google reviews I believe sooner you get what you want.

Horrible 3 days policy for collection

Horrible 3 days policy for collection of parcels from collection point. Does not even take into account that people might be on holiday and are unable to collect it. Most people take more than a week for their holidays. Did shopee even think to take that into account when coming up with this policy? Inflexible even when asked to extend by one day ( I literally just came back from my cruise an hour ago)

Went on cruise for 5 days and did not have internet throughout. Came back this morning to see shopee status as returning parcel to seller (all the way in China) because parcel was not collected WITHIN THE 3 DAYS. I couldn’t even contact my friends and neighbours to help collect my behalf because I didn’t have internet connection on the cruise?? When I contacted the live agent, they kept insisting that they cannot extend by even a day for me to collect in the afternoon and 3 days is fixed.

So shopee is literally going to send the parcel back to China, only for the seller to just send it back to shopee without making any changes, and then shopee will do the whole sorting and delivery process again FOR FREE just because one day of waiting is too much for them lol. The delivery guy is also going to waste his time collecting the parcel, and then bringing it back to the same collection point again in a few weeks, again FOR FREE (since it is via collection point). Is this how shopee is wasting their company resources? Not only their resources, they are wasting everybody’s time- the seller, the buyer, the delivery guy, the whole payment system because they have to process the refund and then reprocess it again when I have to resent the order again. All because of their not well thought of 3 days policy and their inflexibility and rigidness in dealing on a case to case basis.

Fyi, the collection date is not even confirmed UNTIL the parcel reaches the collection point. It is just a window period and an estimate of when it will arrive. So I couldn’t even pre empt anyone to look out for the parcel and for my case, even if I did, I couldn’t send them to PIN number BECAUSE I HAVE NO INTERNET ON A CRUISE. Just checked and the order was delivered to the collection point THE NIGHT I left for my cruise ( I left in the morning). By then I already didn’t have internet collection. 3 days later im still on my cruise without internet.

I just want to rest after my trip but here I am spending an hour trying to fix this unreasonable policy with shopee.

Bought an item from a local seller

Bought an item from a local seller! The delivery date arrived and found that item was put on hold! Contacted shopee and Shopee’s CS, they can’t even assist even when they have acknowledged that delivery will not be done on delivery date. Have to wait till end of delivery date to proceed with refund. There should be a review of shopee’s system when there is a genuine issue, they can support the customer by processing the refund of order which did not fulfil its obligation.

Lousy foot massager @shopee

Recently I bought a mini foot massage fm shopee local seller for $30. Tried it was ok, so I threw box. Few days later, shocking it will not start, check power and wire link OK but could not On. Face troubles to request refund. given video to show power on but item stay off. I have returned item. Very sad, the seller and shopee, keep ask for prove. What prove? I feel cheated by shopee and seller. I cannot give truth review on seller now, more people will get cheated by this lousy foot massager.

Horrible and Appalling Shopee Customer Support Agent!

I had a recent dealing with one of Shopee’ customer support agent and he/she is totally useless. The agent just conveniently close the case and twisted the facts without proper investigation of the case despite all the screenshots, pictures and case description provided. Totally unprofessional, horrendous and appalling!

Shopee CS agent are really useless

Shopee CS agent are really useless, they have very limited knowledge about their own platform, all question that you ask, they will just tell you already feedback or escalated and keep ask you to wait. The only thing they know about is to ask you wait and wait and wait. My parcel stuck at their sorting facilities on public holiday, so i asked the agent if their logistic (shopee xpress) work/operating on PH. I wouldn’t need to wait at home for my parcel if they are not working on PH. Guess what the CS told me, he/she/“it” told me please anticipate that the parcel will be ship out today, so i wait at my home for whole day, end up I didn’t get my parcel. when I asked my friend only I know that they “shopee xpress” don’t work on PH!

Shopee is getting from bad to worst. My item status just get stucked at processing from Malaysia customs. My few previous is also same. No proper updates at all, after collecting payment and your updating service is s****. Chat with CS and got stupid and useless reply.

0 Star for horrendous service! Shopee prefers to refund instead of resolving problems!

Bought a wireless fast charger from China Seller and paid for Pick-locker service near my house but item was sent to wrong pickup further away.

Hotline is hard to get through and I have to queue to approached "live" chat who said they will take a serious view on this and will help to redeliver to correct pick-locker.

Alas, reply came back via email after sometime with.. they can't retrieve the parcel and they will return it to sender and will refund me the money only when sender receive the item!!!

Whoa, Shopee likes to do return and refund instead of making sure that the parcel goes to the right place.

Wasted time waiting for parcel and negotiating but will just get your money thrown back to you without further attempt to resolve the problem.

REFUND = RESOLVING ISSUES

Make sure to take screenshots of everything in case something goes wrong because their customer service, especially the return and refund team, is extremely unhelpful.
No point talking about it. They will not lift a finger

I normally buy from Amazon and Lazada and have never had a problem. But with Shopee, half the time I get a defective/non-working problem and they want evidence that it is not working. Now how do I show a non-working airpod? or even a car blue tooth charger that does not even start. I sent them a picture with the charger in my car socket but now they want a video of it ???? Customer service is really bad.

Lost parcel by shopee express and take a long time to refund

Im a regular customer for this baby items seller, so far no issue till this time, shoppee express stated by 27/03/23 deliver my parcel (baby diapers) But i waited already 6 days till didn't received, after ding dong and multiple called, email ,i received reply that still under investigation and suddenly another email received stated we would like to apologies, shopee express lost your parcel. The refund will be process 7- 14 days, which is ridiculous as i need the money urgently to repurchase. They have no sense of customers urgency. Already chat via facebook, still no answer. Till now no refund. All empty promises!

The vendor already agree on refund and it had been 4 days the status is still pending I went to check with customer service they said my case is still under investigation, lol this is a joke it’s obvious their staff are just purely lazy and not working , what’s there to investigate when the vendor already agree to refund

I bought an item on Shopee and it
did not arrive MIS-ROUTE/ITEM NOT WITH DRIVER

I bought an item on Shopee and it arrived Singapore on 23rd Jan. The parcel was OUT FOR DELIVERY on 24th Jan but I did not receive/see any delivery and saw in my status that the ITEM is not with driver. And I called the Shopee CS who "spoke" to the team in Shopee Xpress and the status changed to OUT FOR DELIVERY and yet there is no delivery. The message reflected "Mis-route"? I have bought many items from Shopee and delivered by Ninja Van, J&T, Road Bull and even Urban Fox with zero issues. Did the driver lost my item? Now I cannot even click for a refund and I am stuck! Disappointed. Wonder how long will they take to investigate this issue! Too ridiculous!

Refund not processed when product was damaged in torn carton box


Product was damaged in torn carton box during delivery by Shopee Xpress yet Shopee is adamant that the damaged product be returned before refund can be processed when photos of the damaged product and torn carton box were provided. Shopee even cancelled my original request for refund and recreated another request at a later date. Will avoid using such a lousy shopping platform.

PENDING REFUND DELAY FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS

The refund was approved from both Seller and Shopee but the processing is extremely horrible. Since 16th Dec 2022 till 13th Feb 2023 . Same old replies. We are looking into it and there is a backlog of refunds to be processed. I wonder why ..

Absolutely rubbish. Orders are either undelivered or the wrong item is delivered. Have to install app just to change phone number on account, but app is not even available on Google play. Will never shop on this site ever again...

Reasonable Prices but Inaccurate Seller/Product Ratings

Reasonable prices for goods from Chinese factories. One problem is that when a product is faulty (which is pretty frequent) and you return it, you are not allowed to review the product so that other consumers can be warned. This results in inaccurately positive reviews for products, where the only reviews (genuine or not) are positive, but the people who had to return merchandise are not allowed to make their voices heard.

1 Shopee coin is worth $0.01

1 Shopee coin is worth $0.01, and i only received 100 coins when i purchase a $1669 laptop on Shopee. This is truly unbelievable! On top of this, i am only allowed to use 30% of my total Shopee coins when i check out and i think there is a cap on the amount as well. Shopee coins basically just overrated
