Too many issues to go through but just look on all the scam detector sites and avoid

Ordered and paid in full 27 Nov still awaiting delivery 16 Dec. Tracking doesn’t work, no reply from Customer Service. MONEY LOST WITH NO HOPE OF REFUND. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!’

I didn't receive my item and the tracking link doesn't work anymore.

Do not order anything, you will probably loose your money !

The tracking information this company provided to me indicated that the item I ordered was being held at my local post office waiting for pick up. I spoke to the postmaster this morning, and they informed me that it’s being held there because I need to pay the shipping cost ($7.70) before it will be released. This order was paid for in full on November 20. No shipping cost was owed. The postmaster stated that this is becoming a very common scam in order for the companies to make more money - the company puts a fraud something-or-other on the item stating that shipping is owed in an attempt to collect shipping costs twice. That’s how those crappy companies like Temu and Shein are able to sell things at crazy low prices. This scam is also being carried out on sites like eBay. Luckily, I was able to get an immediate refund from my bank.

Tl;dr: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL
COSTS!!

False advertising. Cheap dropshipped crap, three times as expensive as Amazon, and use cheap lazy AI for the (unhelpful) customer service. Refused my request for a refund, needed to pursue legal options to get my money back. Avoid!

Terrible service. Ordered something for Christmas 14 days ago. It has apparently been dispatched but could take another 27 days to reach me. No details on the website of delivery times so that you know this in advance. Don't waste your time.

Got sent completely wrong item, not even a goose just a random plushie, don’t know how that can be mixed up considering the entire brand is just about geese

Terrible aftersales/customer service.
Placed an order that was marked as dispatched with Yodel but tracking number doesn't even work. No response from the company and no other way to contact them apart from email, which they don't answer. Avoid at all costs.

Crooks. Cheap product. Manipulated their return policy so they could force a sale. Low quality Chinese product. Don’t let this garbage in your house.

At first I thought I didn’t get what I ordered, but it was a vacuum sealed package so it up being even better than what I imagined once I had fully opened it. Their service is good and they guided me through every step of the way. Responses can sometimes be slow though, should you need to contact them.

Fast delivery, great quality of products. My girlfriend loved them!
