Hi Nathan, thank you for leaving us a review, this is definitely not the customer experience we strive for and are dedicated to putting this right. We'll investigate why delivery took so long, as this is definitely not typical, our UK delivery time is 4-8 days from dispatch. Regarding the return process, yes, we agree, the returns process currently in place is not fit for purpose, and we are in the process of completely overhauling it to make it better for both our customers, and our internal processes. Please email our customer service team on support@slumberite.com and they will be able to guide you through our updated process which will not cost you anything.

Our earplugs are independently tested to block up to 33 dB of ambient noise, which can significantly reduce everyday disturbances like snoring, city traffic, or household sounds but we understand this may not be enough for everyone, especially in louder environments.
