Hi Dawn, thank you for your feedback, we completely understand how frustrating loud snoring can be when you’re trying to get a good night’s rest.

Our earplugs are designed to reduce ambient noise by up to 33 dB, which works well for most everyday disturbances but unfortunately, extremely loud snoring can sometimes exceed that range. You’re absolutely right: finding the perfect solution for that can be a real challenge, and we’re sorry our product didn’t deliver the peace and quiet you hoped for.

Denne forsinkelse er bestemt ikke den standard, vi stræber efter, og vi beklager enhver frustration, det måtte have forårsaget. Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your honest experience, even though we’re really sorry to hear it was such a frustrating one.

Our 3D Sleep Mask was designed to provide a light-free, pressure-free experience, but we understand it may not be the right fit for every sleep style, especially for stomach sleepers. We’re also genuinely sorry that our returns policy caused added disappointment. While we do try to be transparent about the tag requirement for hygiene reasons, we never want customers to feel “stuck” with a product that doesn’t work for them.

Hi Alfred, thank you for your review, we'r glad to hear that you're seeing a benefit using our earplugs, even if it is only slight, our earplugs may be more expensive upfront, but they are re-usable and designed to last years unlike the cheap disposable earplugs you may have tried in the past meaning that over the long term, you will save money with our plugs vs. disposable ones.

If you haven't already, we would recommend trying one of the 3 alternatively sized ear tips included, a larger ear tip should help to fix this problem. Hi Paul, thank you for leaving us a review. We deeply apologise about what happened here. We've investigated this and the address you provided us with invalid, and our courier partners were unable to deliver so your order was returned to us, we then discussed with you about sending a replacement which was agreed upon on the 21st July, and has now been dispatched, but it appears this memo got lost between our support + warehouse team which caused an unnecessary and very frustrating delay. We are working on improving our processes to ensure that this issue can't happen again and apologise for any inconvenience that it may have caused you. Your replacement order is now on its way to your updated address and should be delivered shortly.

They are designed to reduce noise by 33dB which blocks the majority of low-frequency background noise out, but do not block out 100% of noise, this is intentional to ensure you can still hear your alarm or any other important sounds like fire alarms during the night.
