I ordered from them in mid September said my order was being packaged then heard nothing more I’ve contacted them multiple times and heard nothing back

Great service
Great service, answers all questions fairly quickly. Only downside is that the courier is EXTREMELY slow, Its been almost 8 days and I still haven't received my snus.

Orders have been delayed recently due to the Christmas holidays, also as it's an international order parcels are occasionally stopped at customs to be reviewed before they're forwarded onto the customer.

Top quality pouches great service …
I have made two purchases with snus town now and both experiences have been very good. The quality of the pouches are excellent and as I spend most my time in Scandinavian countries it is nice to know I can purchase good quality here in uk. I also had to contact customer services and they were quick and helpful. Can’t recommend enough

Never received order
It says my order shipped yet I never got a tracking number along with that and haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed them and I got no response: update they contacted me and I received them one day after this review was written, snus was good but did forget three of my tins.

Everything arrived on the day they said it would, in waterproof packaging (sincerely appreciated, it was raining the day they arrived), I'm thrilled to have gotten it intact and in time, as I was on my last pouch of us zyns. Customer service was wonderful, only request is a tracking label of some kind. Outside of that, flawless service.

Scam
Sadly I’ve been scammed. It’s it’s been almost a week since I ordered , using 24h delivery. They don’t return my emails as well. The lack of communication and tracking number is really annoying.

Great products, fast shipping
Great products, very quick shipping to the US (7 days order to door in my experience) and great customer service. Bummer that there isn't tracking for international orders though
