All the terrible reviews here are correct. I wish I had investigated the company first and read the reviews prior to throwing my money away. Avoid this company to avoid disappointment. The jumper advertised was not what I received. I received a very cheap and nasty, poor copy from China. I should have known better and am very cross with myself for being taken in like this.

Agree with everyone below. Rubbish quality, terrible sizing and no possibility of returning it as their business is in China and they mislead you by thinking they are in London

I totally agree with all the previous comments. The cardigan finally arrived and is rubbish and will be going straight to the charity store. Poor quality, wrong sizing and no washing instructions or labels of any kind.
To get a refund involves returning it to China, and I can’t be bothered with it.

Am I the most recent victim of this supposed company? Contrary to the others I have received no evidence whatsoever of my placed order, no goods and absolutely zero contact… apart from the departure of payment from my bank, ie theft! Why can’t they be stopped?

The adverts on facebook are a scam and how can I have fallen for it. Ive stopped my payment card and am contacting my bank. I suggest the same if you've ordered something.

Did anyone ever manage to get a refund, I contacted Visa to stop the payment, but was told they cannot stop a pending transaction, wait 30 days and then call back to the Disputes Team, awful awful company

I've now read the reviews. How stupid of me not to read first. Don't bother dealing with this business, they don't care about the customer At All. Quality very poor, sizing ridiculous, shipping horrendous, return policy a joke.

Oh how I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering a cardigan that took forever to arrive. When I finally saw the item, it smelt disgusting. I was horrified - nothing like the cardigan publicised online. I immediately repackaged it and wrote to Solar asking for their return address. As I did so, another package arrived from them containing yet another awful cardigan! I have yet to hear back from the company - I want my money back!!

The sweater came up very small and material was thin almost see trough. Nice colour though. Not worth the money.

I agree with all the negative responses about the appalling clothes provided by this Chinese company. Today I received the dress and shirt I ordered a fortnight ago and could not believe how inferior they were. Voluminous hideous clothes which look nothing like the publicity photos. I am not even going to try to return them given all the negative comments other people have made about the dreadful customer service and returns process. It feels criminal that they have passed themselves off as a London based family owned company. Definitely one to NEVER use again.

Agree with other comments. Total scam. Placed my order via FB for a cardigan before I suspected anything. Then read these reviews which totally reflected my own experience. Less than an hour later, having read these reviews, I emailed the company & messaged them via their website to cancel my order. Received no reply (still haven’t) & then payment was debited from my account the following day, even though I had immediately contacted Nationwide to stop it. Reported company to NW who were v sympathetic but said I had to wait for 15 working days to see if I receive anything. Hoping to get my money back. Allegedly my order has been sent but tracking does not work.

Shocking service. Cannot supply a jumper ordered and ask me to pick another garment. I ask for a refund for the non available sweater and they tell me that they cannot refund my money until I've returned the garment which they can't supply!! Go figure 🤔!!
Based in China, giving the notion of being in London.. A totally devious company.

Very poor quality clothes, not even good enough to donate to a charity shop!.
Returns are to China at own cost and cost £££ plus unknown customs fees plus no guarantee of ever receiving a refund of the difference.

They also use the name Jones of London. Returns are sent back to China the postage for which is practically half as much as the cost of the item.

Agree with all the negative comments. Dreadful clothes that don't resemble what's portrayed on the website, the sizing is all over the place and returns for refunds are to China only " but be aware you might incur customs costs". I don't even feel like making a peg bag out of the awful material. Lesson learned I suppose!!!!

This is a scam website - read reviews below - absolutely rubbish quality- and not like the pictures on the website- I have thrown it straight in the bin - as even too bad to give to a charity and viscose nylon material instead of the nice woolly vest shown ..

Wish I had read all of these before my impulse buy. That was a lesson learned!! Everything was just awful - the quality of the stitching, the fabric - I wouldn't even give it to a charity shop as suggested. I didn't even try it on! 30 day return guarantee indeed!!! To China?!

I too wish I had seen these reviews. They are fakes. Cheap copies of the dresses in the photos. I wouldn't even wear the dress as nighty! I'm so disappointed :(
