Had great communication from Sithra


Had great communication from Sithra around my order, arrival time and supplying the invoice.

She was really clear on everything and would buy from again.

Prompt response

I needed to urgently change the delivery address for an existing order. I contacted SP Services and my request was dealt with swiftly by Sithra. Thank you Sithra for the great Customer Service also.

A Very Happy Customer

A very fast and efficient service from order to delivery was excellent. One of my first aid boxes was cracked. A quick email was given back to SP services and without hesitation a new one was sent in the post. I’m also seeing Jasmine‘s praise’s as nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out. I would definitely recommend SP services to anyone requiring first aid essentials.

Great customer service from Candi.

I placed an order for a Parabag, transpired that I’d ordered the wrong item. Candi from customer services responded to an email detailing the problem that I had caused. Candi reversed the order, sent the item that I should have ordered for next day delivery. Outstanding customer service. Without hesitation, I would order from them again.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service!
Having received the wrong order, I phoned SP Services to let them know that my order had probably been delivered to somebody else.
My call was taken by Jasmine who applied her detective skills to find out who's order I'd received, and where my order had gone.
Jasmine arranged for a courier to collect the orders and has kept me updated by email and telephone.
Top marks to Jasmine for outstanding customer service ... Thank You

Very helpful

I am new to the role of looking after our kits and I had to place a large detailed order to bring them up to date. Dragica and Jasmine were brilliant, helping me refine the order and then sorting out an issue afterwards.

It was an absolute pleasure to speak to Sithra. Nothing was too much trouble and when I could not get the online order to go through, without hesitation Sithra processed the order for me. Excellent customer service throughout!
