They don't send the same item in the picture and won't issue a refund unless I pay to send it back to China.

I was scammed, never received my item, it's been 5 months and no help from scammer ... Be AWARE !!

Worst company I've ever dealt with! I ordered a grinch shirt to wear Christmas eve in a size small. Not only did I get the shirt a week and a half after Christmas, it was huge and very cheap! As soon as I ordered, the ad on Facebook disappeared. They made the shirt look beautiful with sequins. There was nothing! Now there offering me $4 for a $35 purchase. And that's not counting the large shipping fees. All these bad reviews. They need to be reported to the BBB. Let's do it folks!

HORRIBLE quality items & total scam. They advertise items as sweatshirts which are NOT sweatshirts at all. They are slick, shiny, polyester, thin items. They say they are from UK but their items are from China. I've been TRYING to return my items & they refuse to give me the return instructions & tell me I will have to pay to ship them back to China which would be more expensive than for me to just keep them. I will never buy from a company that posts ads on Facebook again. They use many different company names also & they're just not a trustworthy company at all. When you try to post a negative review of item on their site, they won't let negative reviews post, only positive ones. TOTAL SCAM & BUYER BEWARE!!

ZERO STARS; The item I ordered is such a cheap quality. The material is garbage and the stitching is irritating. I contacted the company and they offered me a $3.00 credit, on a $25.00 item. I declined it, so they offered me a $6.00 credit stating that it would be too expensive for me to return it. I declined that as well. I told them they should be ashamed of themselves for selling garbage and not standing behind it.

Horrible company!! If I could give 0 stars, I would!! I ordered a Grinch sweater for Christmas. They said it was delivered. It was NEVER delivered. They provided 2 tracking numbers which doesn't make any sense because there was only 1 item. But since they provided them, on tracking BOTH numbers, they BOTH show " status not available". They will not work with me at all!! Guess they need the money worse than I do and PayPal hasn't been any help at all either!!

What a joke, I finally received my package after a month to the day. The sweatshirt shirt is polyester and looks cheap as he'll Nothing like the picture. The hat was shipped in a bag and it doesn't even have it shape. 50.00 dollars down the drain.

If I could give a zero, I would. I would like to know how this company can even operate or call themselves a company. They are a fraud. Everyone should stay away from ordering and also should report them if possible to the BBB. They should be ashamed of themselves. Buy in the USA and forget these frauds.

Ordered Jelly Roll sweatshirt month ago, never received it… I got a text that said it was in some warehouse…. Wanting my credit card info to pay for more postal! This company is nothing but scammers. Over $50 gone!

I ordered a Christmas sweatshirt over a month ago. Still haven’t received it. Didn’t have it to wear at several functions I attended. It’s now 3 days before Christmas. I just want a refund for it. Couldn’t find my account it was saying my password was incorrect. Said they would send me a email to reset it. Never got that! Called a number that was on their facebook page. Girl said it wasn’t their company and hung up on me!! Very frustrated!!!

The wait time to get this hoodie is unacceptable. I have been waiting over a month and it's just now being shipped to the USA.. I won't order again anc was over charged .

I bought a shirt that was not what was shown on web sight. The colors didn't match and was made.very cheap. I was also overcharged. They have been extremely difficult to work with about returning and refunding.

Absolutely loving the design and fit, but wish the fabric felt softer. Maybe offer more color choices next time?

My order email showed one price but my card was charged $9 more. I ordered 2 weeks ago and their tracking says my order JUST made it to US Customs. Got to be from China or similar. Ugh.

Was overcharged on a shirt I bought. The confirmation email said one price which was correct but my bank acct said $6.60 cents more which is incorrect. contacted customer service for an explanation but haven't heard back yet. Never again will I buy from this company. Update….customer service reached out and credited my account the overcharge, they apologized and said it was a mistake.

I was overcharged tax by almost 3x what it should have been! The charge wasn't listed in my order until Paypal
charged! Others have stated this too. What's up with this? I think overcharging on taxes is illegal, but an explanation would be good!

I was charged over $11.00 sales tax on a $30 sweater which did not show up in their order confirmation I only saw it when I checked Paypal because it was a different amount!

I purchased a tee shirt that I never received. They claim a package was delivered but what I received was a plastic headset, not a tee shirt which; I promptly sent back. NEVER received the tee. They told me it is not their problem and to deal with the post office. It is their problem as they did not send me my package. LOOKS LIKE A SCAM here.

Glad I bought it, definitely recommend! Makes me feel cool and unique. Received a ton of compliments! The material feels soft and comfortable.
