Very pleased with the two back to school letterbox chocolate gifts that I sent to my grandsons...they loved them too! Ordering was straightforward except for one problem... reason for 4 stars not 5 ...I ordered two different boxes but there was only one message box provided. Obviously I wanted to write different messages for each grandson! To get around this problem I had to do two separate orders (bit of a faff!) Delivery was good, gifts were well received and apart from the one small ordering issue I would recommend The Happiness Box.

Iâve just received my happiness box and to say Iâm disappointed is an understatement. Iâm even too embarrassed to give the present to my husband who I brought it for. Itâs a lot smaller that I expected and I cannot believe you actually charge £14.99 for this item, what an absolute waste of my money I could have done a better box myself, the chocolates that are in the box wouldnât even add up to just over a fiver complete waste of money and def wonât be ordering anything like this again

I ordered this as as a gift on the 4th July and it still hasnât arrived, itâs now the 13th July. The tracking service is useless and customer service still hasnât gotten back to me. This is so disappointing as it was for a a gift for a colleague who is unwell.

Royal Mailâs Standard delivery takes 2â4 working days, so your parcel is due to arrive between Thursday 10th and Monday 14th July.

I just want to reassure you that the note you wrote was printed and placed inside the box, as part of our standard process, I personally did this one myself. On rare occasions, weâve found that if the box is opened from the side rather than the front pull-tab, the message inside can be missed as the chocolates are removed.
Would it be possible for your mother to double-check the box? If she could send over a quick picture, Iâd be happy to confirm where the message should be and help resolve things.
