We had the most brilliantly organised trip to Japan. Every facet of our travels was superbly done, excellent hotels, simply the best tour guides possible, travel arrangements that were superbly arranged and visits to the best and most interesting tourist attractions. We were shared the arrangements well before and if we had any issues they were dealt with excellently. I could not recommend any organisation and people more highly. Adry in the UK organised with Inside Japan, definitely worth going to them.

If I could give Adry at The Holiday Fixer more than 5 stars I absolutely would! My now husband and I met her at a wedding show and our interaction from start to finish has been amazing!

Adry was professional, doesn't oversell her holiday packages (which is nice as that can be off putting if people do that) and just worked with us and what we wanted. She listens, attentive, even communicating at anytime of the day of the week/weekend and also allowed me to create a WhatsApp group for the 3 of us.

Adry went over and beyond for us to ensure that we understood every aspect of our holiday and what it would entail. Also presenting to us some beautiful photos for us to make an informed decision of the hotel and destination. We chose Malta! Great resort for our 'mini moon' as my stepson was a part of our beautiful holiday too. She ensured there were great fun facilities for children so he had a great time! Fun had by all of us!

Never once did she make me feel as if my numerous questions were too much. She just listened and maintained her professionalism and advised accordingly.

We will DEFINITELY be using her great services again! Hassle free! THANK YOU ADRY!!

We worked with Gemma to plan our honeymoon in Mexico. Gemma was amazing from start to finish and helped us plan our hotel, flights, transfers, as well as some extras. Gemma took the stress out of our holiday planning and we honestly had the time of our lives when we were there. We would 100% recommend The Holiday Fixer for those with busy day to day lives as it was such a huge help to us and we will certainly be working with Gemma again to plan future holidays and trips. I had all but given up trying to book my family holiday which was to be a once in a lifetime trip. No matter how hard I tried using the same old sites didn't cut it.

I then recalled that I had met Carrie many years ago and reached out. She was away so Gemma took up my cause. Instantly I remembered why we have travel agents- because booking holidays do sometimes need the human touch especially when you're trying to make it unforgettable, special and unique all within a budget.

Gemma was a true professional. She asked so many useful and helpful questions that I hadn't even considered which helped her shape the holiday. She took time to get to know me which really helped because I was nervous and apprehensive for many reasons about booking the holiday and at every step she was there to explain and reassure. The best thing about working with Gemma was that she made you part of the journey. I was able to suggest and reject things and she was happy to explore and to throw ideas into the mix. In the end she came up with a package that I had never envisaged being withing my grasp and all within budget. Also, when my holiday hit issues such as an unexpected hurricane she immediately jumped into action to ensure that it still came to fruition.

The holiday itself was perfect. Gemma checked in to ensure we were ok and even helped out with advice when we got stuck. All our transfers were seamless and hotels were fabulous. Gemma really built the holiday of our dreams and we couldn't have asked for better service.

Once you've booked this way, you'll do it again because you soon realise that convenient though they may seem, those holiday websites don't come close to having the personal touch an expert like Gemma can bring to the table.

Priyanka provided an excellent service from start to finish. She sourced various options for a young family all inclusive holiday in Turkey. She kept me fully updated from the booking through to the end of the holiday, including reminders on checking in and transfers.

We were delighted with the services of Carrie the Holiday Fixer when we asked her to help us find our perfect family holiday. Carrie’s support, personal care and commitment, and her tenacity in finding us the best holiday to accommodate our many needs without too much compromise was second to none. We greatly appreciated Carrie’s frequent and prompt communication by e-mail and her willingness to always jump on a call to discuss. Carrie listened carefully to our many considerations and needs, and then got to work finding possible destinations and hotels using her network of holiday suppliers. It was clear with every proposal she offered, that Carrie was working hard to meet as many of our ideal requirements as possible, and it was never a problem for her to go back and resume her research, using feedback on proposals made to help hone in on our dream holiday. Once we had agreed on the destination and hotel, Carrie was very helpful in liaising with the hotel on our behalf to secure answers to any questions we had, obtaining additional information for us when requested. Carrie organised everything, the hotel booking, flights, transport, excursions, airport parking, car hire etc. On the day of departure, we simply had to set off with the boarding passes Carrie had provided and go enjoy our much needed, fabulous holiday! Carrie also organised a lovely surprise on the morning of my birthday while at the hotel, when the staff brought a bottle of chilled bubbles to our room with a lovely card from Carrie! While we did not need to, Carrie had made it clear that we could reach out to her while we were away if there was anything we needed her support with. Carrie messaged a couple of times to check in on our experience, and on arrival home, she immediately contacted us to ask about our holiday. We would definitely use Carrie’s services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to take the stress out of arranging their holiday!

Overwhelmed with choice and unsure of what to do we recently engaged Gemma to help find us our first all-inclusive holiday as a family. Gemma was incredibly supportive, working through the various options, sourcing the flights and recommending a package that worked for us. Her choice was excellent and we had the most wonderful time in Greece. We can’t recommend her services more enough!

Having not gone abroad on holiday as a young family for several years, we struggled to decide where would be the best place to go this summer and looked at hundreds if not thousands of options.

Following a recommendation from friends, we turned to Carrie The Holiday Fixer for help and it was the best decision we could have made. As well as providing a number of potential destinations and hotels off the back of our list of requirements, she took the ease out of the booking and checking-in process, made contact with the hotel in advance of our arrival in Rhodes & made herself available throughout the duration of the trip should any problems arise.

Crete was amazing. The staff at the hotel were lovely, the room location was ideal. Your suggestion to stay on the sea side of the hotel was perfect. The waterpark was incredible and exactly what the kids needed!

Exceeded all our expectations

You can imagine that going on Safari has some pretty high expectations in the first place - well the holiday smashed them all out of the park. The organisation was quick and seamless, the driver (Clemency from Masai Wanderings) absolutely sensational, and the animals themselves stunning. The whole trip scored 11 out of 10 :-)

I booked my holiday with Sue and it was soooo easy !! I told her the areas we would like to go she set out to help me straight away ! She sent me hotels she thought I would like and flight times . I picked my hotel and flight times and that was it . My boarding cards , seat places , luggage and transfer were all done and sent to me . The cost was great too considering we were travelling in the school holidays . I would definitely recommend Sue again and am currently planning my next break away with her !

We have recently booked two city breaks through Josie who has been incredible. She listened to our criteria and came back with suitable options and quotes very quickly. She provides a great professional service so we have also asked her to take care of our 2025 summer holiday too. Takes all the hassle out of searching numerous holidays, saving so much time. We will be using her for all future bookings, highly recommend.

We recently spent an incredible week at Coco Bodu Hithi in the Maldives, where we stayed in a beach bungalow with our 1-year-old daughter. The accommodation was absolutely perfect for families, with a soft sandy beach right outside our door, a private pool in the shade most of the day and plenty of space for our little one to explore.

Adry helped us select the ideal island in the Maldives and also offered a price match, ensuring we received the best rate available. She also kept in touch, checking in around a week before our trip, during our stay and again when we’d returned.

Our stay was filled with lovely memories of lazy days by our pool and family meals by the water. We highly recommend Coco Bodu Hithi for anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway that combines amazing food, service, relaxation and scenery and booking with Adry at the holiday fixer for the best personalised service.

Friendly, helpful service. Answered all our questions. Listened to what we were looking for and found the right hotel and location. Searched for the best deal for what we wanted.

Priyanka was an absolute gem in assisting the booking of our Far East family holiday that we experienced in June 2024. Her attention to detail and practical suggestions made our trip very memorable and one that we are all keen to revisit again.
The hotels in Singapore ( The Clan) Koh Samui (Ozo) and Bali ( Double 6) were superb - great family rooms and 5 star service . Priyanka kept in touch throughout our trip ensuring we had arrived at our destinations without any problems . Thank you for the cake and birthday surprises for our daughter’s 16th birthday as well and the suggestions on what to do at the different locations .

Having always organised family holiday myself, with little input or assistance from others, I approached Gemma to help me find something a bit different when we decided to vary the type of holiday we were taking. Not only did she come up with some great options for us, she also made a very speedy amendment for us when plans changed.

The service was so good we've already booked another trip.

Every year I spend weeks searching online for the perfect family holiday. There’s always too much choice and I can never decide where to go. This year I handed over the burden to Juliet. I gave her a list of our requirements and within a short space of time Juliet came up with several options to pick from.
Going on holiday with young adult children we opted for the all inclusive option, the Atlantica imperial resort in Rhodes. Juliet had included everything we asked and in particular 2 rooms for 5 of us with proper beds not sofa beds and extra leg room on the flights.
The hotel Juliet picked was perfect, the staff worked hard to ensure you had everything you needed and the food was amazing, in fact on a day out we all wanted to get back in time for dinner rather than eat out.
Having someone to do all the research for you in finding your perfect holiday is worth its weight in gold and I’m looking forward to seeing what Juliet comes up with for next year!
