I recently booked a few night's stay at the Fenix Furano in Hokkaido, Japan, for late August. I have yet to enjoy the property and all it has to offer, but I am already impressed with the Luxe Nomad staff person who assisted me in finalizing the reservation – Ms. Jessica Batubara. Jessica impressed me very much with her prompt, professional, courteous and kind responses to my queries, allowing me to make a reservation with full confidence. Thank you very much Jessica. Had a wonderful stay at Fenix Furano. The rooms are very well laid out. We were a family of four in a two bedroom suite. The kitchen was well appointed, the washer dryer came in handy, the views were amazing and the staff was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed our asked for.
The rentals were closeby making it convenient to plan our outdoor adventures.

Luxe Nomad were really responsive to emails and answered all our questions. It was easy to book, pay and confirm with them. And our villa (Casa Del Mar) on Nusa Lembongan was deluxe - we all can’t wait to go there again

In all honesty, we hadn’t heard of The Luxe Nomad before when we booked our accomodation in Niseko, Japan. Our point of contact, Jan, was in contact straight away with confirmations and liaised with the hotel on our behalf communicating arrival times, requests and co-ordinating private transfers. Jan organised a last minute transfer whilst we were in the country as our itinerary changed. Very responsive and was like having a travel agent in the background, ensuring everything was going to go smoothly. We would look to use TLN again in the future!

Gracie could not have been more helpful and accommodating as we had a couple of particular requests outside of the ordinary.

Always Niseko is the place we stayed. Very affordable, clean, quiet, very friendly staff, great shuttle service from and to hotel, delicious breakfast buffet, happy hour at the bar as well as delicious ramen menu.
Looking forward to booking another vacation to Niseko in the near future and definitely hundred percent recommend working with Joy. Very responsive, straight to the point and goes the extra miles to help accordingly.

We had a fantastic stay at Fenix West in Furano. The staff could not have been more helpful with local information and restaurant reservations, as well as running us to local restaurants. All the staff were great, but special shout out to Jess, Katie and Felicitas.

Our driver, Constanza, was prompt, friendly, helpful, and a great ambassador for her company. Her efforts elevated our experience at Fenix Furano
