I thought I added a level 4 badge
I thought I added a level 4 badge, but apparently the drop down box did not add to order. When I emailed they screenshotted the order form. I wanted the badge applied.

Customer service is brilliant , cannot fault it, I emailed about an order and they were straight on it, gave me a reasoning as to why it had been delayed and offered a solution.
