Really disappointed
Really disappointed. Iâve ordered from these guys before and theyâve been great. At first they started responding when I was asking what was happening with my recent order and now theyâve just stopped responding altogether. Almost £190 and over a four week wait with no real reason as to whatâs the issue. Iâve asked them should I cancel my order? But nothing. I donât give one star because before theyâve been great, I really donât understand whatâs gone wrong. Theyâre even sending emails out and text messages to say order now to get your medication before Christmas!! They canât even fulfil an order that was placed weeks and weeks ago. Iâve never experienced anything like this.

Not sure what's happened to this clinic. The first time I ordered back in 2024 it was all smooth and efficient.
Then they stopped answering messages, and now having checked I can see they are a dissolved company that are still trading.
I'm also sure the CQC would have something to say about the fact that they're selling unlicensed drugs (which itself is legal) but without any form of detailed consultation or follow-up to ensure you aren't experiencing side effects.
I would recommend steering well clear of this company.
Absolutely appalling
Do NOT use this company for weight loss. They take money and fail to send the medication. All messages left on the portal are ignored. Booked an with a Dr online as i felt they may be able to sort, surprise surprise sat like an idiot for over 20 mins and they failed to show. Had to put a chargeback in with the bank to get my money back. Absolutely shocking service.

I would put a minus score if I could. This company will gladly take your money, but will not return it should you not be able to take the drugs they prescribe. They sent me drugs without consultation and then would not take them back.
Please be careful if you deal with this company as they are complete sharks, expensive and some of the doctors behave like narsassists, with no genuine interest in your wellbeing. It's all about the money to them!

I have been waiting 4 to 5 weeks for my order. I am being told so many lies. I do not know what to believe. They saying there is an issue with their perscriber. Then I was told my order was on the way which was a lie. I have been provided with the same generic response. No one is helping me. But they took my money .

Iâm writing this review because I genuinely hope it helps improve the experience for future customers. I always try to be patient and understanding, but the communication throughout this process has been extremely difficult.
From the beginning, I found myself having to follow up again and again â sometimes every day â just to receive even the smallest update. Messages were often left unanswered, and when replies finally came, they didnât clearly address my questions. This left me feeling confused and unsure about the actual status of my order.
What made the experience more frustrating is that I kept being told things that didnât match the reality on my end. I didnât receive proper updates, and I felt like I had to chase constantly for information that should have been provided proactively. As a customer, this creates a lot of unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
I do believe the team means well and that the service/product itself has potential, but the communication and follow-up process needs serious improvement. Customers shouldnât have to message multiple times or wait days for clarity. Clear timelines, accurate information, and consistent updates would make such a big difference.
Iâm still hopeful things will improve for future customers, and Iâm sharing this feedback with the intention of helping the company grow and do better. Good communication matters, and I truly believe this business can provide a much smoother experience if these issues are taken seriously.

If I could give less than one star I would. Paid upfront for 3 pens, Dr didnât arrive for my appointment, after several days I had a phone call to say it was all moving online but would receive my pens. Didnât hear anything, chased non stop throughout. Eventually got an email saying they couldnât supply pens or issue a refund and had to try a charge back on my credit card. Thankfully Iâd paid on credit card as they offered some protection! They really do not care, no duty of care, terrible customer service. Iâve recently started using Voy, received really great support and service from them. It me realise how incredibly poor the slimming clinic really has been.

If I could give zero, I would. I ordered my sixth or seventh pen on June 2nd, still no pen or refund. Despite numerous queries and complaints, very little response. All I have received is apologies saying that my order has been delayed due to lack of product. However, it is now November, I have threatened legal action, and low and behold another company contacts me on their behalf saying that I shall receive no product or refund, and that I have to take this up with my bank. I am shocked by the unprofessionalism. Quite frankly, itâs rude. Avoid at all costs. They owe me £214. Disgusting service.
