You have 0 chance to get a top floor ticket through this site during busy seasons.
All there reselling partners hijack all the tickets and sell it for a much higher price.
I have been ready at 00:00 to book tickets 2 months in advance (most early option)
First website went down, after the agenda is broken so you can't go to the correct month.
Resellers book different and don't have this problems. As soon the agenda option was working all top floor tickets were already sold out. Absolutely 0 chance. Feels like 1 big scam.

Non voglio essere volgare ad esprimere il mio parere di questo sito che non fa altro a far innervosire e fare perdere tempo prezioso, fatto decine e decine di tentativi per acquistare i biglietti, ogni volta al click di conferma pagamento non va a buon fine dopo aver inserito tutti i miei dati personali, provato con altre tre schede per togliere ogni dubbio ma senza esito. Bisognerebbe bloccare o ristrutturare questo sito obsoleto.

There were a lot of people and it was very busy we had to wait in line for 2 hours. Advise that people organize their time and see when is the least busy

The whole visiter organization was a bit messy but the view was incredible and it wasn't complicated to go to the different floors. You have to book an elevator ride upwards but downwards its free and after all it was an amazing experience.
