Incredible customer service. The staff go above and beyond to help you plan your bathrooms without in any way being overbearing. If you have any concerns they immediately address these in an efficient manner. Excellent selection of tiles. Cannot recommend highly enough

Outstanding customer service.
We had a ceramic tiled bathroom floor that repeatedly failed,the grout kept coming out making the bathroom unusable.
We went with photos and shared ideas and we were given a few methods to repair a bodge job that someone had done on the bathroom, they had broken all the rules.
I have purchased all the products to implement a proper fix.
Just got to grow a pair and get it sorted.

From my experience I cannot recommend Tiles Direct more highly. I received my order unexpectedly quickly within 2 days of placing my order. An email request for extra tiles was answered within hours. One tile arrived very slightly damaged (not boxed but an extra one required aswell as full boxes) and I was immediately directed to the correct email address required to have it replaced. I was offered a call back to help with my further request for more tiles and having said it would be helpful, within minutes I was duly called and helped to get what I needed. Thank you to Ari for acting so promptly and helpfully on behalf of your company. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tiles Direct again.

Ordered tiles for a home project with a 2-3 days delivery, got a dispatch conformation and then a next day delivery conformation waited in all day to get an email “OUT OF STOCK”. Ver disappointed with the customer service response and will now have to wait a further two days for refund before I can then order from another supplier with probably another 2-3 day delivery.

Can sum it up in one word, POOR.
