I ordered a lightbar and pillars from Titan. The pillars did not sit flat to the windshield so I contacted Titan multiple times to no avail. I finally had to buy them through a different site. Don't buy from Titan !!! They should be removed from the internet.

This website has done nothing but give me the run around. I paid for a hood vent and never received it (10 months later). The item was on backorder so i waited, now i have no response on emails no calls nothing! Im past being able get my money back from my bank so i guess im SOL. Save yourselves and stay away from TITAN OFFROAD!

I ordered a monster grill for my jeep, paid and NEVER received it. No phone number and will Nor respond to emails. SCAM site for sure.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They took my money sent me the wrong parts and never responded to emails there’s no other way to contact them I wish I had seen these before ordering! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They scam you PLEASE PLEASE please do not waste your money! They are not reputable and will only steal your money

They took 4 days to contact me about my order. Then canceled it because they didn't want to honor the coupon code they gave me. Will never do business with titan offroad again.

Ordered floor liners. I Never received them and they would not answer phone calls or emails. Do not order from them!

Purchased a bumper and a LED light bar kit from Titan Offroad. They sent me the wrong bumper and missing parts for the light bar kit. I sent several emails and called multiple times and never got any response back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TITAN OFFROAD!!!

This place is a scam and will ghost you. I ordered a hood from them. Their website says it will ship in 1-4 days. Today is 12 days later. I sent them emails at the 5 day mark asking for shipping info. An automated reponse says they will get back to me in 24 hours. They never do. The only phone number on their website is an international number to Toronto Canda and goes to a guy, not a business, who doesn't return calls anyway. Once you order, you will NEVER hear from this "company" again. Fortunately I paid with credit and disputed the charge and got my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM TITAN OFFROAD!

Ordered headlights that were supposed to fit mine 2019 JL. Once I started installing it the holes didn't line up. Called customer service and they refused to refund my money due to the fact I already tried installing it. I was told I should have looked at it before installing it to ensure it fits.
