Although it did slightly make it worse at the beginning my skin has improved a lot since. Not quite as fast as I was expecting but overall the balm actually feels nice going on and will continue with it. I also got the hydration mist on my last purchase so excited to start with that!!

Do not buy this product. It is shipped directly from China, and the company has zero verified address information on their site. Red flag number two: all of their "customer reviews" use AI-generated photos and videos.
The product itself is awful. It's a thin, chemically-scented lotion, not a balm. Worse, it severely aggravated my eczema after just one week of use. Taking advantage of people dealing with chronic skin conditions is shameful!!

Getting off dupixent and true of blue has helped managed my skin. Although my skin has been stable for the last year I made the decision to come off dupixent which has been a massive help. Been using this balm every morning and evening for over 7 weeks now and my skin is still stable so very pleased.

Happy with the balm and mist, been using for over one week now but haven’t seen any major improvements but overall it feels nice going onto my skin and doesn’t leave it greasy

It’s made going through TSW easier, I have to be very gentle and I can’t explain to someone who hasn’t gone through it. Although I try to not use anything on my skin for now it’s been very helpful with my recovery.

Love love love this product. Very helpful for eczema on around my eyes. My only suggestion would be to use different packaging, insofar it is difficult to get the lid on and off. Perhaps a glass jar with a metal lid. Thank you for a great product.

I’m pretty sure these reviews are fake. The product ships from China; however, when you request a return, you must ship the item back, at your cost, to an address in the UK. You will not receive a full refund, as they advertise. I googled the address in the UK and there was a complaint for that particular address to an apparent online scam purchase for boots. I’m pretty sure this balm is a scam, as well.
The product is not a balm, but rather has a thin lotion-consistency. It made my condition worse and it was drying and irritating to my skin. Do not purchase!

Hi I've tried to contact you to see if i can use a sample to see if this actually works. I contact many sellers like yourself to test products and leave honest reviews on my results. This also help poeple choose a product which actually works without being ripped off. id be happy to hear from you.

Happy with my purchase and definitely will be re ordering!! Used it for my chest which has gotten progressively worse after I’ve had a flare up

Love this balm compared to just using a tallow product for my eczema. I absolutely hate tallow, the smell and the way it makes me cringe just putting it on my skin. Although this product has it in the consistency is way better and lighter and it doesn’t have that bad smell

Been using for 2 months now and very happy with it. Overall my skin is a lot more ‘stable’ after experiencing flares for no reason.

Overall a great purchase. I would like to have had a bigger size so the product will last longer as I suffer from eczema on my legs so I get through more at a time. I’ve seen a huge difference so I’m very pleased

10/10 Finally a balm that actually works!! I’ve tried countless different things to help my eczema and can’t believe I’m finally seeing improvements.

I use it 3 times a day usually morning after work and once before going to bed and it’s been such a good experience being able to wear make up again and do exercise in the gym without any flare ups.

I wish the tin was a little bigger so you get more in one go but I’m going to be buying 2 at a time from now

Found it to be very smooth and gentle on the skin. Only used it for a 3 days so far but can’t wait for my skin to feel normal again 🥰

I love the fact that it’s working! I was using other balms before this and also changed my diet but it didn’t help my dry skin. My sister in law bought it first and recommended me true of blue, for her she found it helped quickly but I found it took longer. I guess it depends on severity, shipping took a bit longer than expected but customer support team were overall helpful

Works amazingly! Did take longer than expected at using it everyday for 6 weeks as I heard some people get results a lot quicker than that. I can definitely vouch for this balm especially for eczema on hands 😁

I’ve been using for a couple days now so can’t give a full timeline of results but looking like small improvements. I’ve noticed redness calming down so I’m very hopeful 🤞

All I can say is I am amazed. It’s really helped with my eczema and I can begin to see some improvements although it is still visible. Would say it’s more between a balm and cream but isn’t that heavy compared with other balms so feels much better on my skin

This balm is so light it felt like my skin was able to breathe and still feel covered.

Truly amazing!! Bought after seeing this everywhere and has really helped with my eczema. I had it bad on my hands and the back of my legs and was losing hope. It did take a few weeks of using to notice a difference so I think it’s not the same for everyone’s skin. Would definitely recommend giving it a go
