Delivery was delayed 3 times

Delivery was delayed 3 times. Still haven't received product! Can't schedule clients without product!

We are very sorry to hear you experienced delays and that this impacted your ability to book appointments. There have been some Fedex delays recently and I believe this happened with your order. I see your order was delivered on August 25th, so about 5-6 business days after your order, instead of the typical 3-4 with ground shipping. Please give us a call and we will provide you with a coupon for free 2-day air shipping on your next order. Again, we sincerely apologize for the shipping delays and hope to be able to continue to do business with you in the future.
